Who isn’t a lover of bananas 🍌 and cacao?? Here is an extremely easy morning SMOOTHIE that you can incorporate into your breakfast routine, not only for you, but also for kids! It’s a recipe that no one will resist!👌 Just mix in a blender : • 3 ripe bananas • 1 teaspoon of raw cacao • 2 teaspoons of flaxseeds/chia seeds/ hemp seeds • 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen and • a cup of plant-based milk of your choice! ✨ENJOY✨

My partner in crime the past couple of months! 😊 I just came across some article about how copper containers can benefit your body, enriching the water you drink with copper and I thought I could give this a try, as I was already looking for a good sustainable bottle for some months now. 🌏 Then I remembered that my grandma used - and is still using - old, traditional copper containers to cook and boil water! 👵🏻 #backtotheroots
