Every Sunday morning I have a hot date and God knows I'm expecting Him to show. So don't get me wrong if you don't understand then this is why I'm letting you know. #Level1 Protein kept my head above water this weekend. After hosting 2 bootcamps 8am/11am, showing up at @markhim_morris bootcamp straight from mine, and then doing a hip hop class led by @officialagomez on Saturday ALL WHILE MY 4 year old SON WAS WITH ME. Went to a Women's Fellowship at my church for 4 hrs straight from there. Came home and my body was so restless!!! I didn't sleep until 2-3AM. (I should have used #Opticore) but all that to say... Protein is fuel. And you wouldn't fuel your car with Crappy gas... So when you ask me what protein I use and I say Level-1 by @1stphorm don't ask me what I would suggest if not that. The answer is nothing! I've never tasted a better protein, nor got the results I have gotten with any @1stphorm product from any other company. (at Siempre Dope)

A Transphormation is a journey that never ends. This year I am dedicating myself to becoming the best me I can be! DECEMBER 2014 I WAS SCHEDULED TO BECOME CERTIFIED WHEN I WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL DAYS BEFORE AND HAD SURGERY TO GET MY RIGHT FALLOPIAN TUBE REMOVED. THAT DAY THE DOCTOR TOLD ME SHE WAS SURPRISED I WAS ALIVE. THAT WAS WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 3rd, 2014. ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 6th, 2014 I SAT FRONT ROW AND PASSED MY TEST (BLEEDING UNCONTROLLABLY). I WAS TOLD TO REST, BUT I WAS DETERMINED. I WAS OUT OF THE GYM FOR OVER A MONTH AND DRUGGED UP ON OXYCODON. ALL PROGRESS THAT HAD BEEN MADE WAS GONE. I WENT FROM A STRONG SIX PACK HAVING 165lb 5'8 BEAST... TO A SMALL (NOT PREFERRED) 149lb 5'8 BAG OF BONES. I HATED HOW I LOOKED DESPITE ALL THE COMPLIMENTS ON HOW "SMALL I WAS"... SINCE THEN I BEGAN WORKING AND TRAINING AND NEVER SET MY MIND TO GET BACK. BUT NOW IM SOLELY TRAINING AND WANT TO GET TO A SOLID STRONG 150lbs OF LEAN MUSCLE, GET AWAY FROM THIS 160lbs OF MUSCLE LAYERED WITH FAT & HELP YOU GUYS REACH YOUR GOALS ALONG THE WAY! I want to help as many people as possible with this challenge, so I am putting together a team to help hold each other accountable!
