Using the leftover roast chicken from Sunday, I've shredded the chicken and quickly pan fried with a pinch of jerk seasoning to add depth and a crunch. Mixed with shredded lettuce and sweet pepper. Spicy up ya Sunday roast chicken with a coating of Scotch Bonnet LAWDAMERCY HOT Sauce for that real fire of Jamaica. The weekend is coming, kick back with some hot and sticky honey-glazed Jerk BBQ chicken. Mix our JERK IT original seasoning or our LAWDAMERCY HOT seasoning with some soy sauce, lots of honey and a good squeeze of lime. Give it a good mix. Slash the chicken legs and thighs & pour all over. Leave to marinade for at least 20 mins.... Ideally 24hrs in the fridge. No Italian appropriation here in our twisted Jamaican Jerk chicken & Milano salami calzone. ❤️🇯🇲🇮🇹🇯🇲🇮🇹🇯🇲🇮🇹🇯🇲🇮🇹🇯🇲🇮🇹🇯🇲❤️ THE DOUGH 900 g strong white bread flour 100 g fine ground semolina flour or strong white bread flour 1 tablespoon of salt 14 of dried yeast 1 tablespoon golden caster sugar 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil METHOD 1) Sieve the flour/s and salt in to a clean large bowl and make a well in the middle. 2) In a jug, mix the yeast, sugar and oil into 650ml of lukewarm water and leave for a few minutes, then pour into the well. 3) Using a fork, bring the flour in gradually from the sides and swirl it into the liquid. Keep mixing, drawing larger amounts of flour in, and when it all starts to come together, work the rest of the flour in with your clean, flour-dusted hands. 4) Transfer the dough to a clean & floured work surface. 5) Knead until you .....
