Firstly, take a mixing bowl and add ghee and rice flour. Mix it properly till fluffy paste or till white color. 2.) The paste is ready and kept at the side. For Methi Layered Sticks 1.) Firstly, take a bowl and add wheat flour, oil, kasuri methi, salt and ajwain. Mix it. 2.) Secondly, add water in batches. And knead a tight dough like paratha. Cover with lid and rest for 10 minutes. 3.) After 10 minutes, knead the dough slightly and make an equal 8 balls shaped dough from that. 4.) Now take 1 dough and roll like roti. Prepare a total of 4 roti for 1 batch. Then take 1 roti from that and evenly spread prepared paste on it. After applying the paste, place another roti on it. And repeat the same for 2nd and 3rd roti and place 4th roti on it. 5.) Now gently roll this roti till slightly thick and again apply the prepared paste. 6.) Roll tight as described. Now roll with a rolling pin as described. Then cut of 1 inch from that roll. 7.) Deep fry this roll in oil till golden brown on medium flame. Firstly, take a kadai and add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, hing and curry leaves. 2.) When tempering starts crackled, add carrot, capsicum, onion, dry fruits, ginger and garlic. Then take a pressure cooker and add soaked dal and rajma in it. Add water and salt. Cook till 6 whistles on medium flame. 2.) Take a heavy bottom kadai and add oil and ghee or butter. 3.) When oil and ghee heat, then add cumin, chopped garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and besan. Mix it gently and cook for 2 minutes on high flame. 4.) add tomato puree and mix it. Cook for 5 minutes on medium to high flame or till oil starts separate from the sides of kadai. 5.) Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and cream. Mix it properly and cook for 2 minutes on high flame and keep stirring. 6.) Then add cooked rajma and dal. Add water along with them. Mix it gently. And adjust the consistency of dal makhani by adding more or less water. Cook for at least 30 minutes. 7.) add butter in it and mix it. Firstly, take a kadai and cook rice 90% by adding water, rice, salt and clove. Rinse excess water and rest for a while. 2.) Secondly, take another kadai and add oil and ghee. When it’ll heat up then add cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick and dry red chilli. Saute for 1 minute. 3.) Then add capsicum and cabbage. Mix it and cook for 2 minutes. 4.) Now add boiled green peas, french beans, green onion and green garlic. Mix it gently and cook for 3 minutes. 5.) Furthermore, add green methi and salt. Again mix it and cook for 2 minutes. 6.) Add spinach puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Again mix it and cook for 4 minutes on high flame. 7.) Finally, add cooked rice and mix it very gently. Firstly, take a pan and add water. When water boiling add penne pasta, salt and oil. 2.) Cook pasta till 90%. And remove water and rest the pasta. 3.) Take a kadai. Add butter and capsicum. Roast on high flame for 2 minutes. Then remove it on another plate. 4.) In the pan, add maida. Mix it well and roast for 1 minute. 5.) Now add milk and stir continuously. There are no lumps. And boil for 2 minutes on medium flame. 6.) When gravy starts thicken, add salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and red chilli flexes. And mix it. 7.) Add roasted capsicum and grated cheese. Mix it again and cook for 2 more minutes. 8.) Then add boiled pasta in it and mix gently for 1 minute. 9.)
