Just saw a post about his depression especially with it being right after Enis Lobby and Water 7. His depression was so bad that Perona's ghosts didn't affect him.

I don't blame him. He fought against one of his best friends, got mugged and beaten to a pulp by someone he now considers his friend and crewmate, lost the Merry, the only thing he had from his home, a gift from Kayla, his best friend, and they were almost betrayed by one of their crewmates who had been with them for a long time at that point.

And no one seemed to notice nor care. Yes, they resolved their issues at Water 7. Usopp apologized for attacking Luffy. They made up. But that doesn't take away those feelings.

That feeling of helplessness after all that happened. The feeling that maybe you don't belong in the crew because you had to put on a whole persona just to go help your friend who you thought betrayed you but was actually being forced to do things against her will.

And after all of that, you end up at this mysterious island, get separated from the rest of your crew, meet this weird girl with weird ghost things, and find out that you're so fucked up that the ghosts who who make you feel fucked up have no effect on you. And she's the only one who asks what's up with you.

Nalu AU where the Eclipse Gate worked exactly the way it was supposed to.

Anna Heartfillia travelled through the portal with the dragon slayers in the year X777, meeting Layla and all her Celestial Spirits on the other side. Layla insisted Anna raised the dragon slayers on the sprawling Heartfillia property, in the woods surrounding the estate.

She would take her daughter, Lucy, with her to visit Anna and the children, bringing gifts at Christmas and birthdays, taking sweets and cakes throughout the summer months so the children could play while she sought advice from her wise ancestor.

Lucy was frightened but enamoured by these strange, powerful children; and looked forward to visiting them with her mother. Especially the little fire dragon who had more energy than the others combined, and who would smile wider than anyone when she would take little baskets of treats for them.

She was never to go alone though, the woods are dangerous, and easy to get lost in. One night though, after an argument with her father, she snuck out and ran, as far as she could, into the dark, cold winter's night. She got lost in the woods, turned about by thick rows of identical black tree trunks, and soon she couldn't even see the stars.

She sat down on the dirty, cold ground and cried and cried. Alone, lost, terrified. Until she saw a golden flicker in the night, a flame that stood out against the inpenetrable darkness, and grew closer and closer. Natsu found her, with his unwavering bubbly spirit. "Are ya lost Lucy? C'mon don't cry! I'll take you home! I knew I smelt something funny out there."

He did take her home, and their friendship grew. Soon she just had to call from her window, no matter what time, and she'd see a little flame outside in the grounds. He'd take her on adventures, show her birds' nests, fishing spots, a strange egg he found that hatched into a little flying blue cat, and hollowed out trees they could just about fit in together.

As they grew older, her wanderlust never stopped, and they'd venture out further, into towns and villages, where there was always some issue that required both his magic power and her intelligence to solve. They'd pour over Sorcerer Weeklys together, and one guild kept appearing. Fairy Tail.

After her mother died in X790, Jude drew into his work further, neglecting Lucy unless he needed her to appear in a lavish ballgown in front of esteemed business guests. She saw Natsu less and less, until one winter's night, a year later, her mother's keys around her hip, everything she cared about in a little pink backpack; she called out to him, frightened it had been so long and he wouldn't respond. Then, she saw that little glowing flame and all her worries disappeared. She asked him to run away with her, their hearts set on one place. Magnolia. Fairy Tail.

Hi I'm gonna ramble about my one piece oc

Her name is Yin and she works as a freelance photographer for the Marines. Though her dream is to write the best story in the world. A story that will be told for eons from now.

She started working for them at the age of 17 as a way to help get her older brother out of jail. He was arrested for being a small time pirate but was framed for the death of an aristocrat by the Marines.

She doesn't know this but made a deal to lessen his sentence from death to only a few years in exchange for the work of getting photos for Wanted posters, a job that not many take as it puts them in danger seeing as not many criminals want their face plastered all over.

She meets the Straw Hats at Arlong Park and continues to run into them periodically on their adventures.

She takes the photos for their wanted posters. (She has tried constantly to get a photo of Sanji but the guy is just not photogenic at all and all his photos come out either super ugly or super blurry)

She never truly realized how corrupt the Marines were until Marineford. She had some speculations after Enis Lobby but it wasn't confirmed for her until she saw the battle as it was being live broadcasted.

After the two year time skip, her work was finally done. However, the Marines weren't about to let a pirate walk away from jail freely.

Her brother was shot in front of her and she was caught in the crossfire, getting shot in the throat. While she was saved, she lost her voice.

She never officially joined the Straw Hats however. While she does occasionally travel with them, she continues her work as a freelance photographer. This time, however, working for Cross Guild. She sells the Marines Wanted Poster photos to them.

Her dream is slowly coming to fruition as she writes the tales of the Straw Hat Pirates and how they changed the lives of those around them.

We know that Lucy can learn spells related to the stars in general. Imagine them actually having a chance to speak together and be the big brains of the group.

Lucy could teach him more about the constellations therefore he would be able to possibly create new spells alongside her and he could teach her how to make her magic stronger therefore allowing her to summon more spirits and wear more star dresses.

They could also bring out the best in each other. We know Lucy is someone to hold a grudge even though she acts like all is well. Jellal is someone who can easily pick up on how people act so he figures out fairly quickly that Lucy doesn't like him. She hasn't yet forgiven him for what happened in the Tower of Heaven. It's been 9 years for him since that happened, but for her, it's only been 2.

Lucy understands that he was being controlled, but he hurt her friends. She can't overlook that until he comes and outright apologizes to her. And Lucy is pretty quick to forgive once someone apologizes.

However, Jellal is someone who tends to make himself suffer. He shys away from people who want the best for him because he feels as though he doesn't deserve it. Not after all that he has done. Lucy grew up in a household where she was forced to make herself smaller. She knows what it's like to not give into your feelings and what you want.

Lucy takes the time to talk to him, hoping to get through to him so he knows it's okay to want things. She tells him of her experience with Phantom Lord and how she was able to get what she wanted, friendship.

What I want in Fairy Tail is some interaction between Lucy and Jellal. Like their magic is kinda related (stars) and he is like so OP. He could teach her some spells and shit.

My Headcanons with 100yq

Let me start by saying I love fairy tail. It was my first shounen anime that I sought out on my own. (One piece, Naruto, and Bleach just came on when I was little and watching toonami). It is, to this day, one of my favorite shows of all time with Lucy Heartfilia being one of my favorite characters of all time.

So, on to the headcanons.

Lucy and Natsu have an undefined relationship. They call each other their partner and let people take it how they will because they don't even know. Their relationship is so much more than being in love or working together. They would die for the other and pull the other back from the brink of insanity. How can you label that? They have a blind trust in the other and that's all that matters.

Wendy has received some lasting effects from being trapped for 7 years and that's why it appears she hasn't grown much despite being the age for multiple growth spurts to have hit. Her body being in hibernation for so long has left her stunted almost. She's the only one who is was a young child when it happened and is the only one who looks relatively the same after all that time.

It also doesn't help now that she has the power of Irene in her body now as well. That much power isn't helping her at all either. Most of her energy goes to keeping her power in check, not allowing her to grow much.

Erza has almost somewhat dedicated Lucy to be her "right-hand man" while she leads the group. Yeah, it's technically Team Natsu, but Erza and Lucy are the ones who do a majority of the work that isn't fighting. Erza is in charge of the group as a whole, ensuring that everyone is safe, healthy, and on track. Lucy is in charge of the map, finances, and helping with other information.

Natsu and Gray are the weather regulators. If they go somewhere that's too hot, Gray takes over. If they go somewhere too cold, Natsu takes over. That's their main job aside from getting food when they aren't nearby any towns.

I personally believe that they all have some sort of chronic pain or lingering injuries from their fights in the past.

Erza tends to hurt just about all over, but mainly gets head aches due to her eye strain and all the concussions she's sustained.

Natsu doesn't usually hurt too badly, but his scars always bother him whether they're itchy, throbbing, or something. His problem usually lies with his heart. Having died multiple times tends to fuck it up.

Gray has a similar issue with his scar. He also tends to feel very tight in his muscles due to how cold his natural body temp is after learning devil slayer magic so it takes him awhile to get out of bed in the morning. (He loved when the town was underwater because he could easily climb out of bed with no problem)

Wendy usually deals with sore muscles and an odd tingling in her hands and feet. They concluded that it's nerve damage from the Face she and Carla took care of.

Lucy gets random hot flashes from rewriting the book. She also still has scars from it, but they're super faint. You really only see them when she's standing in the sunlight. She also just has really bad knees and ankles but absolutely refuses to wear any shoe without a heel.

Gray and Natsu get under stimulated a lot when they're just travelling, so they make it a point to spar whenever they have a moment. It usually ends with them both getting scolded for going a bit too far.

Lucy still has her little quirk of wanting to collect more keys so anytime they travel somewhere, her first thing to do is find a magic shop and see if they have any. Most of the time she can't. A lot of shop masters tend to say that after the Grand Magic Games, celestial wizards started sprouting up out of nowhere, eager to learn more.

I want to believe that Wendy told Erza about Irene. Wendy felt a lot of guilt keeping it from her so after about a week that they first set out, she told Erza. Erza was more worried about what it meant for Wendy than anything cause wtf my mom that died is living in my basically little sister. It took Wendy a while to explain that it wasn't actually Irene, just her power.

Gray tends to space out whenever they're resting. No one really knows where his mind goes most of the time, but occasionally, he'll get the smallest smile and they'll know it's Juvia he's thinking about.

And for just a bit of Nalu angst, Natsu had a hard time looking at Lucy for a while. He knows Lucy takes a lot of pride in her looks so now that she has scars all over her body, he blames himself for them. She told him multiple times that they don't bother her and she takes a lot of pride in them herself. The scars are proof that she saved Natsu and that's all that matters for her. They slowly started to fade so now, he struggles to watch her stand in the sun. Lucy knows this and tends to make him look at her so he knows it's okay.

Thinking about Fujitora's speech at the end of the Dressrosa arc. How he wonders what Luffy looks like. What his hair color is. What his eyes look like. How his smile is.

Luffy is a rather plain character. He doesn't have any extraordinary features that make him stand out like the rest of his crew. He doesn't have any special hair color. No body modifications. He is pure human through and through. He has some scars, sure, but who doesn't?

Luffy isn't anything special to look at, but he does look kind because he is kind. He looks blunt because he is blunt. He doesn't care about his looks. He only cares about his friends, their dreams, and his own.

He looks simple because he is simple.

I've been hearing that a lot of manga readers are upset with yesterday's episode of Dandadan

SPOILERS FOR DANDADAN EPISODE SEVEN BELOW

I wanna start this off by saying I am not a manga reader. A friend of mine convinced me to watch the show and that's all I have been doing. I have not looked into the manga at all.

The reason why manga readers are upset is because during the backstory of the Acrobatic Silky, the anime doesn't show her dancing off the roof the same way the manga panel does.

In the manga, there is a panel that shows her leaping off the roof during her ballet performance. It's a gorgeous panel and is a full body shot of her. Whereas in the anime, it's a close up on her face. There's then a brief flash of her daughter before the screen cuts to black and there's a *thudding* sound effect of her body hitting the ground.

The reason why people seem to be upset is because it's apparently harder to gain the context that she jumped and committed suicide.

As someone who didn't read the manga and wasn't aware of this drama until my friend, who is a manga reader, told me about it, I knew exactly what was happening.

I'm not exactly sure why manga readers are upset with this choice but it was very well executed in my opinion. The scene was beautiful, heartfelt/breaking, and the animation was stunning.

I feel like the stylistic way they went for this episode felt the tone much better. The silky had her last thoughts be her daughter so of course, she should be the last thing shown before her death. That's all that mattered to her. That's all she cares about. She did everything for her daughter. When her daughter is gone, what else is there for her to do?
