Warm Almond Breakfast It was just plain cold this morning and I felt the need for a warm, comforting breakfast. Porridge was not an option as I don't eat grains, but this turned out to be tastier than I could have hoped for. I would choose it any day over a bowl of porridge! Pop all of the ingredients in a blender until you reach your desired consistency: Half a banana Half a cup of ground almonds 1 egg Half a cup of almond milk Half tsp vanilla Then heat gently in a pan while you choose your toppings.

Porridge was not an option as I don鈥檛 eat grains, but this turned out to be tastier than I could have hoped for. I would choose it any day over a bowl of porridge!
Pop all of the ingredients in a blender until you reach your desired consistency:
Half a banana Half a cup of ground almonds 1 egg Half a cup of almond milk Half tsp vanilla
Then heat gently in a pan while you choose your toppings.
That was a good portion size for one person, so scale the ingredients accordingly. 聽
