About 6 months ago I bought a pair of cargo jeans that were 2 sizes to small (accidentally). It wouldn't even go past my thighs, today I managed to zip&button them up.
I still have to loose more for it to feel baggy but omg I'm so fucking happy.

Let me tell you the torture of going off Sugar cold-turkey after consuming large amounts of it. This is my personal experience!!! (Idk if it's normal)
The first week you'll feel good.
The second week, you'll experience nausea, the shakes, and head aches.
Third week Fatigue, migraines, craving, mood swings, and irritability. (This is when I relapse because it's not worth the pain)
Fourth week brain fog, occasional nausea
Fifth week allegedly, you broke the habit, and you'll feel like you did in Week One

Only when I binge and the thing I binged doesn't feel worth digesting or if I feel guilty to the point I'm crying.
It's fairly rare that I purge because I'd like to have healthy teeth when I'm skinny.

🍏 Kcal limit (with no exercise) is 1000kcal per day. But I never reach it, I always end up on like between 500-600 since my meds makes food seem repulsive
🍋 Goal weight for now is like... 65kg BUT UGW is like 55kg
