Im part of the OSDD part of D.I.D, meaning I can see things, but I’m not emotionally there, or really there at all. And it also means I still have alters and I still have voices, and I still get major dysphoria when my alters front.

But I can see everything (well most of the time anyway, I don’t know if I’m just stuck in a co-front or smth). But I do have REALLY BAD AMNESIA. Ssoooo.. don’t count on me to remember anything, lmao.. uhh. Just thought I’d clear that up.

In all honesty. I found epic: the musical and it spiraled from there😭.

I went to Percy Jackson; then I got invested in the actual myths, then I somehow managed to stumble upon Hellenic polytheism and I was like “woah:o! That’s cool, ima practice that” or smth, I’m not sure

How did you get into Hellenic Polytheism?

I was raised christian and in my world history class of freshman year we went over different religions, I had already been doubting my faith so when I started learning about other religions I decided to start doing research until I found one that called to me

The religion that seemed to be calling out to me most was Hinduism, but then i came across Hellenic Polytheism

My initial thought was "How could anyone believe in a religion that has a WINE GOD?? humans are the only species with wine!" but after debating it with someone I opened my heart because if you think about it, wine isn't his only domain it's just one of his more recognized ones

I still love researching different religions and mythologies! In fact I've been getting interested in slavic mythology recently

I still feel drawn to Hinduism, but for now I'm sticking with Hellenic Polytheism as I don't think I'm ready to take on another practice at this time
