Green tea is a great weight loss tea and all people who are health and weight conscious are crazy about it. Here are some notes when drinking tea, I believe it will be very good for you.
-Do not take your tea very early in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Avoid taking green tea at meal time.
-Do not have more than two-to-three cups a day.
-Do not add milk & sugar to Green Tea.
-Avoid drinking green tea late at night to avoid insomnia.

Sometimes I legit can't believe I was the girl on the left!
I REMEMBER being big, I remember feeling insecure at times but I just don't remember looking the way I did.
I really don't think you see yourself until you've changed😌
I just think you should eat less of everything. A little bit less. don't want to live a life where you can't have what you want, it just makes you want it more.

No change in the scales lately but I keep trying on clothes that didn't fit and they are getting closer and closer to fitting every time I try them on. Will it fit by spring?😄
This is why I stress so much to people pre op or just had surgery to take pictures and videos, even if you don't like your reflect, save them in a private file and look back on them in months to come. Buy clothes to aim to fit in, keep focused and strive for smaller goals and be your own cheerleader❤

when craving something sweet

we all know the feeling of craving something sweet, but you know youll feel guilty right after you eat it or even while youre eating it
there are so many things you can do to prevent from giving in, and im sure youve heard a lot of them BUT let me give you a few tips i find helpful
FRUITS i know i know, you have heard it before but listen.. you can have a pretty big bowl of delicious fruits for under 200 calories (of course depends on the fruits you use) if you are really craving something sweet i can recommend strawberries, pineapple and red grapes if you want something colder you can freeze the fruits and eat them like that instead. here i can recommend grapes!! if you want a little more taste, cut them in halves, squeeze some lemon on top and then freeze them. gives it a more sour taste though, but still very nice!!
APPLES WITH CINNAMON ill let you in on a well know secret, apples and cinnamon is a match made in heaven. its simple, very tasty and can satisfy your sweet tooth. simply cut an apple into pieces, put in a bowl and add some cinnamon, mix and boom you have a delicious snack for under 100 calories (depending on how big your apple is) another way to eat this delicious combo is by adding a little greek yoghurt, or the yoghurt you prefer, give it a little mix and its ready to serve. i can personally recommend both!!
TEA / COFFEE this one you have definitely heard before, probably a thousand times but you can make it sweet. of course you can add honey to your tea, but if you dont want to add those extra calories you can add sweetener tablets. these can be used in both tea and coffee, and will make it sweeter without adding the extra calories. one tablet has less than 1 calorie
PROTEIN BARS most protein bars have a sweet taste, and will satisfy your cravings. most of them contain somewhere between 100-200 calories!! if im craving i usually bring one when i go for a walk
ICE CREAM okay im pretty sure we all love ice cream, so no shame in craving it because it honestly is delicious but its a shame theyre so high in calories. BUT you can eat ice cream without feeling too guilty about it!! there are a lot of low calorie ice creams out where, where the whole thing (usually 500 ml) is somewhere between 250-350 calories !!!
thats just a little list, im sure there are plenty of ways to satisfy your cravings, and if you already have a way that works thats amazing (also please do share it ^-^) no matter how you end up satisfying your craving please stay safe <3
