When you realize that Kori’and’r/starfire could’ve been named after Coriander the spice. Knowing how people named superheroes this could’ve been very likely.

I was doing a word search when coriander came up to me and then it clicked.

Cat theory#1:

Either their bones/spines/ribcage or their muscles or both are shaped like a spring. Their almost like slinky’s.

People who have cats understand what I’m saying right?

One minute they can curl themselves up into a little ball, or they can look normal. But when they lay down and i mean actually lay down or stretch their bodies all the way out instead of looking like a contortionist, they look super long, almost unnatural like a weiner dog.

Cat/dog theory #2:

I don’t know if this is true but it makes sense to me and I just realized this and it will make more sense to people who have multicolored cats/dogs.

People who do have them notice that when the pet sheds, the hair strand itself will be multicolored. That got me to thinking like why do pets shed?

I don’t really know why but it could be so that their fur color doesn’t change. If the pet’s fur grew like human hair did then the color of their fur would be changing all the time since there’s no way a fully formed hair that matches the current coat of the pet would happen instantaneously, unless of course, they shed it off.

I was just thinking, I wonder how long it will take before people start seeing the ghost of the Queen of England.

There are two ways a ghost would remain. If something horrible and tragic happened to them or if they just really loved the place. If it was a place that they loved the ghost could be residual as in you seeing a moment in the past replaying.

Being how old she was when she died, I wouldn’t be surprised if the former Queen is spotted again. But it would be crazy if it did. You hear stories of people seeing apparitions of past dead celebrities. It’s interesting to think you were alive/remember this time of a celebrity death that very likely could be seen again.

Watching Dahmer: monster: the jeffrey dahmer story on Netflix. Ep 6 is about one of his victims that was deaf. Accurate sign language! And even at parts it mutes the sound of his surroundings to simulate him being deaf!

Dedicated the whole entire episode to the victim’s story which they didn’t do for all the victims. I love that they did it so that he wasn’t just some character/person that has a few minutes of screen time to show us how jeff killed him.

Plus, the victim was also black and gay. It is nice to see them showing accurate representations of the characters. At least as accurate as you can get with hollywood.

I (a depressed/anxious person) have the answer to the most difficult question ever asked: how to care for a depressed/anxious person (DAP)

DO NOT ask us what is wrong unless we are in a CALM state and DON’T pressure us to talk about it. We’ll tell you when we’re ready and comfortable with you.

DO NOT pity the DAP. We don’t want that. Most of us don’t want to be told that I’m sorry you had to go through that or be that way. That’s not going to help. Sometimes it makes us feel worse.

DO NOT say that you know how we feel unless you have ACTUALLY been through a similar situation as the DAP. And don’t talk about it unless the DAP is comfortable with it/calm state.

DO NOT hug the DAP unless they are ok with it. Not everyone reacts or is comfortable with physical touch right away or if they’re not okay.

The easiest way to care for a DAP is to spend quality time with them. If you see they are in a bad state then just be by their side. It may be awkward but deep down we will appreciate it.

If a DAP texts you saying they aren’t ok, ask what u can do for them. If u can’t go to be by their side then just say that you are here for them and that you care about them. Make sure to text them before you go to bed and the next morning at the very least to make sure they are ok.

Most important thing is to respect the DAPs personal space. If they say they are ok but don’t seem like they are act like you believe them but stick by their side as long as possible or send them messages throughout the day/checking in on them.

Yes, some DAPs may think you are annoying at first but that’s because not everyone can really put up with us so we may be a bit insecure and guarded at first. However if you follow this advice and stay consistent I’m sure eventually they will warm up to you. At least, if someone did this for me i know I would deeply appreciate it.

If you can’t handle any of this advice and think it’s too much work then don’t bother entering the DAPs life. You could just make our situation worse.

That’s the best advice I could give you and I hope it helps you and whoever your DAP is.

Was staying up late and just thinking about my book series, 200 Lives of Zana and Jynx which the two main characters are inspired by me and my lifelong friend. I was mainly thinking about the names of the characters.

Obviously, the draconi names are kind of self explanatory.

I always knew Lilith was going to be the goddess of death because it felt fitting but I came up with Samuel because there’s a story in some christian/judaism (can’t remember which one it was at the moment) factions that has a myth of Adam’s supposed first wife, Lilith, who fell in love with a fallen angel named Samuel. It kind of just clicked.

As for the girls’:

Aether - wind or breath of wind. Self-explanatory.

However, Zana and Jynx’s names are a bit more complex.

Zana was just a name that my friend came up with but doing research i think it’s kind of fitting. Zana or Zane (male/gender-neutral) both mean God is gracious. I could see Lilith and Sam naming her this since she was the second daughter and a way to appease the creator. Zana is also a mythological creature in many religions usually like a fairy.

Jynx means a spell or a curse. This is a perfect name to explain her as Jynx the character and her name itself is a paradox. A curse in some instances could also be called a blessing just as a blessing could be a curse. That is who Jynx is. She herself is cursed and curses the people she loves.

Marielle - Wished for child or beloved. She is beloved by all especially since she is the most normal looking compared to her sisters.

Watching the second harry potter movie and i kept on thinking about how Dobby had to serve one family for his whole life. He even said that if his owners knew that he was there he would be punished.

However, as an elf, I feel like he would preserve himself instead of disobeying an order. However, what if Dobby was told to warn Harry Potter by Draco.

First: Draco wouldn’t have wanted anyone to know that he was trying to help Harry as he had heard through his father that things were going to get dangerous at Hogwarts.

Second scenario: Draco didn’t know anything about the chamber and he just didn’t want Harry to come to the school so that he would have all the fame and attention. Especially since Draco became the seeker that year.

I know I can’t be the only one who thinks this.

I just realized a flaw with Alice in Wonderland and the fight with the Jabberwocky.

If Alice had eaten enough cake she could have grown to be bigger than the Jabberwocky and then she could have just stomped it flat. Being the weird girl she is I feel like she would have realized this as well.

To fix this flaw they should’ve added a detail that the jabberwocky could change it’s size as well. Or that there is a certain size restriction within the world of Wonderland.
