I think when Morro first got his element he kept floating by accident so to make sure he doesn’t float off into space he had to turn into a balloon. He had a rope tied around his waist to a rock for two weeks until he could control it. Wu knows how painfully hilarious those two weeks were. Morro doesn’t want to talk about it. (He got a concussion)

When Kai first got his element there were fire hydrants placed EVERYWHERE. And they each had to sleep with one next to their beds for months until Kai could be trusted to not be a human torch. Cole almost shaved him bald when Kai’s hair kept lighting on fire when they were all asleep.

Cole kept falling into the earth when he first got his element. His balance was so off when he got it and started actually feeling the earth around him that for a good while each tile he stepped on a piece of the earth he was being quick sanded away until he just a head. Zane tried to travel with him in an ice cube just so they could actually get to places without worrying when he got told off by Wu and a sniffling Cole.

Jay couldn’t stop sneezing lightning because of how it would tickle inside his nose when he first got his element. Each time a little tingle of electricity was anywhere near his nose he would start sneezing like a rat and lightning would shoot everywhere. They had to get rid of a lot of metal during the time, and it was especially hard when Jay wouldn’t stop crying when he accidentally short circuited Zane until he spoke backwards Arabic. Jay was then promptly forced into wearing a protective helmet around his entire face, like an astronaut one.

Nya, when she first got her element, had no choice but to walk around in one of those really big human sized inflatable hamster balls when she kept flooding the monastery floors. Like just the floors. It was such an inconvenience for Lloyd who kept slipping over and over again. She was stuck inside for a week.

When Lloyd first got his element he was a living bomb and everyone had to wear protective gear around him at all times. When he became the golden ninja, it got worse with his shooting fire out of his eyes and electricity at his feet on every step and the ground literally shaking each time he took a step AND he kept freezing people in a thin layer of frost and it was winter already. Nya rolled him up into a water ball, gave him sunglasses, and left him outside with just a laptop playing the starfarer movies for seven hours. She would sometimes come and give him smth to eat. The only reason she was able to do that was because he hadn’t slept for 58 hours, all the ninja were dead asleep or in the med bay, and Wu was with Mystake trying to get a tea to help limit his elements for a bit and left Nya in charge in hopes she wouldn’t abuse the power.

aries burns the hottest of the fire signs, as they ruled by mars. in every placement, aries brings a signature heat that is unmatched. an aries mars will experience emotions in a sort of frenzy, they may feel sort of ignited by their feelings (no pun intended) an aries sun lives with a never ending fire in their bellies, they always have direction.

leo is the water of fire

in traditional astrology, scorpio is ruled by mars; their passion is right on par with aries. i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again - no one knows the depths of scorpio like scorpio does. i’ve also found that the further the placement, the deeper the “ocean”. for example, scorpio mercury holds much more depth than scorpio sun. also the further out the placement, the more impression management and the more calculating they are. a scorpio sun might lash out and expose emotions they didn’t have a chance to refine but it is much harder to catch a scorpio mercury slipping like that.

aquarius to me is actually the most practical of the air signs. i know what i said about libra, but remember libra is willing to overlook glaring issues if it will protect the peace (much like pisces). however an aquarius will almost always be the voice of reason and sometimes even make others uncomfortable with their critical view of the world. don’t get me wrong, aquarians are absolutely the humanitarians of the 12. but because aqua is so connected to the world, they are aware of the world’s flaws too. aqua is also great at managing money and other responsibilities. aqua may also grow impatient with ppl who are not realistic or mature enough. you may hear that aquarius mars can be rigid in their abstract understanding of the world.
