I understand that Caitlin is grieving or whatever but she's literally disrespecting the one thing Viktor didn't want to happen with hextech the thing that he helped create.

It's the fact that he didn't even mind letting Jayce have most of the credit even though he wants to be remembered for something in what short life he has left

But despite that he let Jayce become the figurehead of hextech and be the 'man of progress'

the only thing he wanted was for them to not use his own creation on his own people to hurt them he wanted to help people because that's what scientists should be doing.

And while he's unconscious, while he's half dead and can't tell them no or protest the idea they absolutely undermined what could have been his dying wish, the only thing he wanted and fucking do it anyway ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

And it's not just Caitlin at fault here I understand that Jayce has a part to play in that too but I just really don't like Caitlin.

News flash!! Disabled people are able to enjoy themselves and be hot too????

I hate the notion that disabled people can only be viewed as "sick" they can't be hot or sexy or viewed as attractive. They have to be 'insparational.' or 'tragic' specifically because they are disabled?

If that's a plotline a writer wants to follow with a disabled character that's fine, there are ways to do that without making a ablest caricature of what a person with a disability is.

And that's something I think arcane does a good job at doing!! And I talked about this before in the another post because Viktor isn't just sick in the show it's an aspect of his character but he's also a great scientist and he's smart and he has common sense and he's fun and kinda witty! obviously it's a big theme for his character because his sickness is killing him (this is coming from someone who's hasn't seen the new episodes yet btw) but it's not the only thing about him

Make characters with disabilities, flesh them out, give them other unique and creative flaws. Don't make characters or erase pre established characters attributes and just make them disabled.

Because the real bottom line is, some people think that being disabled can be used as a character 'flaw' and that notion, is at its core abalism, at least to me.

My dog has learned to throw his toy up in the air and catch it so he can play with it on his own if he wants to.. The only problem with this is he wont get it when it flies off the couch or bed, he instead chooses to just stare at it and bark so I have to get it for him, I'm stuck in a never ending loop

Hello Everyone!

Today is the first day of the weeklong strike for a ceasefire in Gaza.

I have realized that I do not think the message has spread far, at least on this website. This might be due to the lack of internet in Gaza, it has been down for days. Not much can be said by the citizens there, it's like some people forgot about them. I encourage all of you to share this post, or make your own, letting everyone know about this strike. This is something that should transcend the aesthetic of your blog. My blog was a gimmick blog, but for this week, it is a blog for spreading information and awareness.

Bisan Odwa (@wizard_bisan1 on instagram) has called for this strike. She is a journalist from Gaza, who has been experiencing this horrid violence for 15 weeks. 107 days. 2568 hours.

Anyone who tries to argue that being trans and having anorexia are the same thing have never struggled with anorexia.

Anyone who tries to claim autistic people are being manipulated into being trans clearly are not autistic and have never bothered to ask us any questions.

Transphobes pride themselves on being saviours. They just have no interest in actually doing any work towards that which involves thinking of their shields as living human people.

I don’t know about anyone else, but there’s very little I hate more than being talked over and condescended to like a child. Nothing gets me more furious at a person than being silenced for “my own good” by someone swinging a hammer at someone else and happily crushing me on the follow-through.
