SIGHT WORDS: Always a Good Place to Start
ELL SIGHT WORDS PRACTICE
Teachers can help ESL students build reading fluency by teaching them to recognize common words on sight. 
Some activities that you can use in your classroom (even when that classroom in in your home or elsewhere) include Roll, Read, Write; a sight words parking lot; graphing; Zap It!; sentence combining with manipulatives; and Sight Word Bingo.
