In order to survive and live a fulfilled life, the media has persuaded us that we need money in order to survive. Which we do, but not to the extent, they have u to believe. Money, is a tool to allow us to access what we want and need, do what we want and live our lives the way we want. That is where we find abundance, in experiences; emotions and doing what we want are a supposed to be doing. Money is only the currency we use to achieve abundance in life and ourselves. In the form of either materials or possession, in the form of memories and experience, social interactions, in education and knowledge. All of these require money, but not all the but there are exceptions. We are the abundance and the investment, we earn money in order to invest in ourselves and pay taxes to the government to only receive in form of health car, safe roads and safe community’s in return. We are the economic asset, that cannot be traded in banks since us and our life is as valuable as any gold in the banks. In today’s clarity blog, we will be attracting abundance and more.

The first key in attracting abundance we need know that we already have everything we need in this moment, w already have abundance. As human beings throughout our lives, we have experience an abundance of emotions, experiences and wealth already. This also includes practicing gratitude, appreciate what you already have and celebrate that, also value and be grateful for your talents and skills which make you abundant and a commodity to the universe. Many people out there sell their skills and sacrifice their own abundance, since they do not see money as the tool it is. They worship it so much and compromise for it. The trick is, to appreciate who you are and your skills and value them above anything else.

Generosity to offers attract abundance, by sharing what you have to offers helps your mind shift. When we focus on helping others and exchanging your skills, you receive abundance. In this world, we are so focused on the things we do not have. Helping others reverses that process, it becomes about what I have to offer others. It becomes bout sharing you unique talents and skills. Another related skill you can sue to attract abidance is too generous to yourself, allow yourself to be happy. Work on happiness and spending time with people where you are able to create an abundance of memory is and experiences with. By allowing yourself to fulfill happiness. The one, who is abundant, is sometimes the happiest people you there. It takes humor and positivity. However, to attract a lot more abundance we most stop stressing over money overly. We need to instead recognize that abundance is impossible when you’re in a bad state of mind, when you're experiencing a and feeding into negativity. To conclude, abidance is within and throughout. It doesn’t take hard work or overly concentrating on achievements. It is about exchanging what you have with the world; you are the economic commodity worth investing in and the one worth spending on.

The common belief of Luck is the superstitious belief that some mystical force in the universe that we have no control over has a power over our life’s altering or circumstance. Either we receive good luck, or that force has rewarded on the other hand bad luck or us where we end up in difficult circumstances and unfortunate events. Luck, may be common belief in western culture however, Buddhist do not believe in Luck instead they have and a belief called Karma. Much like Luck, Karma is a powerful and mystical force in this universe yet karma governs order to maintain that balance between good and bad. ��The word Karma means deed, so if a person was to commit a good deed in order to maintain a balance the universe reward the individual. Yet if an individual does a bad deed, they will receive the same equivalent of evil back in the future. Karma manages based on ‘what goes around comes around’. In comparison, luck manages on chance. Karma and Luck may be things of the and have no control over our lives. However, we all know that what we do wrong always catch us up, and we suffer in result to our wrong doings. Additionally, often chance does exist, life is incredible unpredictable at times and sometimes we surprise ourselves with how fortunate we actually are. The impact of being around good people who benefit you and make you feel the best is vital, since being around those who have the best and most honest opinions and personalities will impact you. However, it is a choice to be around positive people. We also need to realize that we are able to create our own source of happiness. By practicing gratitude, doing something that brings you in the moment of flow and by preventing yourself from having an overly rigid day. It is about variety, and teaching yourself how to become comfortable in your own skin. In today’s clarity blog, we will be discovering does happiness really come from within.

In addition, we rely on offers for our own happiness for many things, comfort, and reassurance. There is nothing wrong with relying and needing others, when it becomes toxic is when your happiness depends on one person so much it is difficult to be happy without them. It is the ‘I can’t live without you’ paradigm, when we realize that we are not happy on our own and require that one person so much, that when you have a thought of them being gone you’re upset. In this case, it is about learning how to create happiness that is by realizing dopamine from inside your brain. Dopamine is the known to be the chemical, which causes happiness, the brain can be wired to react to some stimuli and be happy. It is important to begin excursive, which encourages your brain to learn how to realize those chemicals from within. Enough way to improve yourself is by practicing flow. Doing an activity, which allows yourself to completely lose yourself and your mind whilst doing the activity, where you are building skill and are able to continue to work at it. That could be skating, yoga, writing poetry, practicing an instrument, singing caring for animals anything were you could lose your ego to. Also being around different people, allowing some diversity into your life by finding others and by changing your routine adding extra spice in our life in small ways.

Likewise, that does not make you less capable or that other person deviant. However, overly independent people, become overly independent to the point where they sacrifice being around others and forming healthy friendships and relationships for work. Work adds success do bring people happiness, however, after that big break and successes you run a risk of collapsing and becoming less happy. Others and by sharing with others I a key to happiness. It is not about what you do not have the successes you have not made. With helping others it is about what, do I have which I can offer others in order to improve their lives? No deed is self-less, since when we help others to feel happiness we are exchanging our own energy to receive more from. Also, by being honest and sharing moments of happiness with others. Personal success and materials allowing account to 10% of our happiness, so it is not a priority. What is important is finding a community.
Happiness does come from within, since we are the ones producing our own dopamine in our brain. However, offers are key, as social creatures; we require offers to give us happiness. Doing fulfilling activities and to feel as though you have a great sense of community purpose to those around you.

Revenge –Best served warm.
The common phrase, ‘revenge is best served cold’, means that when making a revenge on a person you need to be ‘cold’. You need to be heartless, and unforgiving. However, those of us with spiritual beliefs, or those of us who are educated know that revenge is an act of stupidity. Since revenge, anger and intolerance is not effective at resolving a situation, the negativity corrupts and destroys a person. Dwelling such negativity makes you just as bad as those who acted out on you causing those emotions. Instead, we should behave properly. We should simple ignore it, or handle it like an adult and talk it out. Find resolution without having to harm offers or yourself. Which is a good approach to handling the situation, however it is not effective and sometimes ignoring it only builds more anger within that you are not correctly dealing with. In addition, by talking it out does not prevent you from experiencing a similar situation with that spiteful person again. In today’s clarity blog, it will discuss an alternative approach to revenge and how to find true disclosure and forgiveness.

Do not consider revenge as this negative battle. Essentially the purpose of revenge is to exchange emotions, to make the other person feel the same way you do. The person whom you cannot stand and are battling with either internally with thoughts or in reality. You to, are in a backwards relationship, as any relationship you have emotional ties to that person. Recognizing, that resentful emotions only bring us closer to the person where resentful of. The only way to stop this is by resolving those bonds by showing kindness. The complete opposite of resentfulness and anger is kindness and love.

Self -doubt
We all experience doubt; we will doubt ourselves for the majority of lives. When we are begging to follow a dream or desire, there will always be doubt. Our mind is designed to predict possible outcomes, and the mind is going to encourage you to do what keeps you ‘safe’ as an individual. Which makes sense, since the primal purpose of the brain is to keep you alive. However, self-doubt is an incredible self-destructive thing because your mind is concentrating on negativity. Which brings your mood down, causes you to end up, feeling worse about yourself because your decisions will be based on this doubt. It is incredible difficult to admit to yourself that, what you want cannot be done. Self – doubt is a symptom of something greater, the fact that you have feeling of hatred towards yourself, who you are as a person. The brain, calculates your chances of survival. But it is not designed to cause yourself to doubt yourself, it is something that you learn from past experience of either a loved on doubting you. You trying and failing at a young age. We have all experienced it in some form. But, now the question is, how do you overcome it.  How do you reach a place, where it no longer affects you and your able to support yourself enough to follow your dreams. The Intuition is described that our intuition is like a compass at night, it guides us to wear we are supposed to be even when where blind. The spiritual community and others all recommend following our intuition at all times, since it is our inner since. Which is unique and will always lead you to happiness. However, there is times when your intuition is mistaken for your immediate thoughts. These immediate thoughts are quick, and is controlled by our minds fight or flight system and impulses. Immediate thought like all thought, is given to you by the mind. And surprisingly, you intuition also resides in your brain and in your though and feelings. However, immediate thoughts is based on judgments and emotions. However, the intuition, comes from a place of thoughtlessness and emotionless. It is just something you realize, and recognize that it is there in your mind and feels right. It is the ‘just knowing’ feeling. I n todays clarity blog we will be unraveling what is instant thought and what is intuition.
The Instant we receive at thought its clear, and our body and thoughts react to it immediately without too many questions. This can be demonstrated in how we react to people we see out in public, we may come across some people and instantly feel anxious and uncomfortable around them, this is followed by thoughts, which are negative. Alternatively, the complete opposite, we meet a pleasing face and feel like you can be honest around this person. This is all to do with fight or flight, depending on what sort of person we meet, and whether they are a threat or thou to us. Enough example is a following a journey in life, whether it is an accrual journey, an academic journey any. Your immediate thoughts on how you are going may overly emotional. One second you are stressed, and then things gradually improve. It changes.

Whereas meEting some with our intuition, we just know that there is something quite wrong with this person. We do not judge on appearances or nature. We for some reason think something is not right, without trying to label what that is. Alternatively, you may meet someone and feel like he or she a familiar, or they remind you of someone you used to know. Even though they may be completely different people doing different things and may not share interests. The intuition is not superficial; it does not us though to judge a situation. Rather it uses an advanced feeling, that we cannot quiet understand. But we can make judgements and try and read the intuition, yet they are not accurate to how it actually feels. Additionally, when we journey through life, begin, and end new opportunities. Something in our intuition may react really positively; you just know its ‘right’ hat you should do. It remains constant and we cannot change this feeling. It is a deep knowing.
To conclude, there is a clear definition between both scenes, even though it is easier for your mind to think. Since thoughts have your survival in mind, and they are so instant and sharp that a part of you will react exactly s it thought. However, the intuition is an unshakable thing. You can find it difficult to explain and ignore. And when we become aware of its importance, it becomes louder.

The core to all of our pure motivations in life, if that is freedom, adventure, getting into a meaningful relationship. Anything, as long as that intention based on doing something to better our lives, is our mind subconsciously on the pursuit to find happiness and contentment. So that we can learn to love yourself, and experience short-term self-love. Our souls already unconditionally loving; it is the nature of being and of God/Source. We choice to come into this life, to identify with this loving source. In addition, separate our self completely from it and experience what it means to be alive. To experience all that live gives us to learn who we are, what we want. We experience so much in life, develop so many scares and hardships that we end up completely forgetting our true nature, and were supposed to experience life. However, after a spiritual awakening and awareness. That is no longer the objective; we are slowly aligning back to our truest core, to realize, that we have developed unhealthy relationships with the self. In addition, begin to love yourself again, experience life beyond what most achieve. To find true peace. In today’s clarity blog, we will be discussing why learning to love yourself is the most difficult and trying things, why we should and what it requires.

Firstly, to reach a space of self-love, we must become honest with ourselves. In addition, authentic to others, that means sharing all that is within you out. That means prioritizing what you truly want, wither that is appropriate or not. That means no longer being around people who you have to change yourself to be around. This is an incredible difficult process to do, and even thinking about competing to it. There is a resistance within, doubt, and logic talking yourself out of it. However once this is down our entire lives improve, we align ourselves and express who we truly are. In a way that is egoless and humble. Also, that means healing to work on all the negative core beliefs, to unveil the ugliest and most painful areas in our lives. To re-experience them all by healing and moving through those. It is tough and painful and we realize our nastiness. A third most vital thing is to integrate all aspects of ourselves, to accept our anger, our envy, and our inner coach potato. Moreover, not to soul identify with the artist, the guru or the social butterfly within. And to be them all integrate them and develop a sense of self that experiences them all. To do this you must look at yourself objectively, picture yourself as a soul, identify as a soul and all these aspects and identity the ego has created are all a part of you.

This process is lifelong and difficult. The key is, to not consider self-love or enlightenment s an escape form reality. As some constant blissful state because it is not, you still experience emotions, mood swing and thoughts. However, they do not control you. Love and accept them .Still experiencing difficult emotions, like anger however, you express it in an enlightened way. Many people try to begin to become this way, and it is tough to do. And it is a learning journey, one may experience times where it is tough and old habits may reemerge. That means that it is time to work even harder and accept that you are only human and to learn to love that within.

It is said that the most rewarding things that you can do to improve your life, is often the most difficult to do. Since they require patients, and being able to continue to do something even when it gets tough. Since, we can get the most satisfaction from working on something over time, remaining determined and seeing something, which you truly want, flourish in your life. We all have experienced that kind of reward in our lives. In addition, often we learn from childhood that working hard gains results, no matter what sort of household we were raised in we learned at some point that even though working is tough we find reward in some from. For instance completing an art project, we have been working so hard on to finally be completed and praised. Alternatively, that time in gym class you just about managed to do a cartwheel in front of everyone. The sense of recognition and reward is like a drug. It can benefit you and be your downfall. Since even though working from greater reward is great, when offered a quick reward, which can be self-compromisable, they often just take it. This leads to a feeling of dissatisfied, since that sort, reward was not going to give you those long-term benefits. That is when we need self- discipline to control one's impulses to give into temptation, to remain faithful and to carry one working on what it is you're working on even if it is a struggle. In today’s clarity blog, we will be exploring how self-discipline is an important factor to success alongside offer factors.

In the bible, when Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights in the Judaean desert. Satan had approached Jesus tempting him with ‘water’. Jesus knew it would be a sin, since God commanded Jesus to fast and pray. Jesus refused his temptation, since Stan had no power over him and by taking that water would have proved he did. This Christian teaching, taught people not to go against what they have been doing even if it is tough, not giving into simple temptations and giving up your power. This is a prime example of how with strength and determination, one must have self – discipline to truly preserver. The second we give into short term temptations, we are portraying ourselves, and the potential we have within.

Regardless of whether you identify as a Christian or not, we can learn from his teaching. Consider our lives, and the times when we receive temptation to get out of a rough situation for temporary gratification. For instance, having to decide either to choose keep to your diet routine and with the excursive, or take that offer a friend gave and go out for a meal and completely binge. The temptations in that situation may be strong, because you may be desperate to try something other than lettuce and your thoughts are wrestling with each over. However, that person if they choose to binge is only going to feel depressed and go into old eating habits. They remain disciplined and purge through, then that small bit of temptation has no power over them. Food no longer become something, which controls them. This can apply to any scenario involving having to not comprise and perceiver. Rewards can be such a sweet thing. The reason why it feels so great is that our brains are designed to only do something so long as it benefits us. Weather we are aware of it or not, it is a key part to survival weighing up the costs and rewards. In addition, asking ‘what do I get out of it’.  When facing temptation, only turn that thing into a negative thing. Therefore, we no longer see reward in the temptation. For instance in the dieting example, it is putting yourself off that pizza. Creating a cold cue, and saying that ‘the cheese looks like dry sand, and the tomato sauce kind of looks like blood’. Just picturing that image will cause yourself to feel discussed.  To conclude, do not let your inner devil tempt you. Then if it does seem so, tempting and you are so tired at working at that thing that seems to have no reward in the present. Since that, sense of satisfaction and happiness you feel at the end is far greater.

We all wish that we could have this equal and manageable balance in our lives. Where work is at an easeful and controllable level, we have an abundance of time to spend with friends and family. Housework and chores only take a tiny fraction of our day and everything remains orderly. So where left with just enough time to do something which helps us unwind. However, the harsh reality that the unexpected happens, work escalates, our friends and relationships fall apart and in a matter of time, something breaks in the house. Stress, is our natural react to what is going on. When we feel stress, it is our internal guidance system telling us that it cannot cope and things should be resolved. With stress, we often feel tired yet have this urgency and frustration-taking place at the same time. With a stressful situation, comes stressful thoughts. The more we focus on those stressful thoughts the more we create. It is a spiral. The mind, cannot handle its feelings. In result, we may lash out on others around us. However, we will only lash out on those close to us, because we believe that they will be able to help us handle what is going on. Which makes us feel worse about ourselves. So how can we maintain this and keep have healthy relationships with others. In today’s clarity, blog we will be exploring just this.
Firstly, it is so easy focus inwards too much; we are too caught up in what is going on in our minds and our lives. We fail to recognize that offers, and that what we say and do will a have an effect on them. The people around us are able to recognize when we are stressed naturally, or they are themselves in stress and unaware what is going on with you. So naturally, we have to express what is in outwards. Our minds create any excuses, no matter how insignificant it is to express. Either through anger, sadness, frustration, passive aggression. Anything, this is what causes the conflict. The key is, to move slowly and mindfully when stressed. Take a breather before doing anything with someone else, and express if it feels right how you feel. In addition, ask them if everything is fine. When we're stressed we move so high passed, since subconsciously we want to get everything done. Therefore, we may begin moving, talking and acting out quicker. We become reliant on our immediate thoughts and feelings, which cause the anger and upset. Which is not wrong, it is natural. Therefore, it is expressing that anger.
A good way of expressing that is through making erratic movements. Whether that is writing very quickly, topping across the room anything, which works to get what, is inside outside. Be careful when doing this, you do not want to destroy or do anything which will heart enough person. Find an outlet, even if it is in something we regularly do. Like mopping quickly. Also, to express how you feel emotionally to feelings, remind them of that you are human as well as them and you require your own space to deal with it. This is important for if you are stressful behavior has upset someone, apologies and take a piece of humble pie. Also, mindfulness, being aware of the self and your actions. Spending a few second making breaths.
In a stressful situation, it is good to spend time with others. In addition, doing something, which will cause you to laugh. That is why it is important to have that one friend with a great sense of humor. Because laughter also realizes those stressful and unpleasant feeling. Having hugs, which will cause you to feel better. All of these release endorphins, which combat those stressful thoughts.

Life is a sequence of events, which continue to play out in front of us from a moment that we are born to when to our deathbeds. Throughout the sequence of our lives, we experience a magnitude of events, both positive and negative throughout our lives, which can either test, change or reward us. Yet according to this saying, all of that is only the 10% of what is actually going on. In fact, it is our reactions and how we deal and interpret events in our lives, it is what truly counts. Since when something happens, it is only on a physical level. It is how we think and interpret it, and how that makes us think is what causes us to experience emotion form that. Either a lot of intense emotion or very little, that is all still a reaction. In fact those positive, negative and testing things that happen around us, we are the ones labeling and reacting to it by calling it those words. Which effects, our thoughts and offer emotions we may have. In today’s clarity blog, we are going to be creating deep meaning out of this phrase. Recognizing why this phrase is so important and discovering the power of interpretation.

After experiencing hardship, we tend to interpret it and try our hardest to understand what took place, why and why you. Even if we do not know why, and we are a victim to circumstance. The thinking mind does not like to be out of the knowhow. We want to understand it and calculate it so it does not happen again. That is what we do. We avoid hardships and suffering. In addition, our reaction is how we go about doing that. It is easy to choice to act out and, further put yourself into a negative state. In addition, that, sudden shift of negativity and self – destruction will only attract more of the same. Whereas If you choice to optimistic, meditate and accept what happened. No longer, fight and rest it and not stress on the details over it. As well as work, ensure a better future by taking actions based on happiness and fulfillment. Then of course, you will attract thoughts that are more positive and offer positive actions to take place. For example, being the victim to gun violence, the mind tries to make sense of what’s taken place and find ways to cope. The initial reaction of running or finding help. We have to think and act in the best way, our emotions may want some thoughts and us to get revenge or worse. Yet it is the choice that makes the difference.

Think of the word REACTION. It begins with ‘re’, rethinking and re- examining what has taken place. The there is ‘Act’ or ‘action’, how we take those thoughts and act upon them. Think of it like a chemical reaction, elements individually changing itself to transform into something different. That is what 90% of our life is made up of; it is a sequence of thought and action that makes the different. Our own free will and individual choices. There is so, much power in this process, since it dictates what happens next and how we adapt. According to this saying, we are not a victim, it is up to us to make our own decisions and make the most out of everything that takes place around us. There is no excuse, we cannot just say that we are a victim to something, that we were powerless and had no offer choice than to behave carelessly. In addition, that truth, that realization feels like the truth. Because it is on one level, we are our thoughts and our reactions. And we are not what happens to us.

Decisions are a part of everyone’s Dailey lives, form deciding what shoes to wear form deciding whether to approach that person you admire. Throughout our day, the right decision to make can be so obvious that we barely have any other choice. For instance to brush your teeth.  Some decisions are tougher, since they require a calculated thought process, requires you to evaluate cost and rewards to each decision. We stress on making the ‘right’ decision, the one that is best and practical. We like to predict what will take place. However, how we calculate each decision changes depending on the mood and influences we have around us. The emotions, thoughts and feelings all influence our actions and decision-makings. No matter how much of a levelheaded person you may be, our emotion, thoughts and feelings will affect our decision making. Since they influence our approach to what our priorities are in the moment, if were feeling heart our priority would be to find safety and comfort, If were celebrating our priorities may be to have as much fun as possible. The mind is a complex thing, since it is controls and monitors all of what we do. The right hemisphere controls and deals with things like, language, creativity, emotions. Whereas the analytical left brain, controls logic, mathematics and reasoning. Both equally vital things. When it comes to decision, making these two sides need to make an evaluated agreement in order to make the most logical and inventive decision. Things like emotions, our feelings and influences can slow and manipulate this process of decision-making. Since our moods and emotions influence what is taking place around us, we are bound to make the wrong decision when were in an emotionally bad or even good state. For instance, making the decision between going for the job offer with the marketing team and deciding to become a reporter. If this person in the example, may be experiencing a relationship break up. They may make the wrong decision for the in marketing since at that moment she prioritized security and a steady passed environment, which will not end up hurting her or causing difficulties in the end. However If the person in this example just finished graduating school and is celebrating, they can also make the wrong decision in choosing that they’re going to have more fun in the marketing job where they are able to work with a large group of people. The ‘right’ decision was to go for the reporter job, which best suited her and she had a passion for, however the distractions and emotions of the moment had altered her decision making and priority’s.
The key is having a level head, taking time to calculate and consider all of the cost- rewards in making that decision. That requires the person to deal with their emotions through either working on them or finding a place to express them. Then, with meditation a level mind with little emotions going on which will alter their mood. In addition, allowing the process to take place in order to remain focused on what is right. Think of it like, trying to find lost key in a room, this room is either dark or foggy, or a circus going on. Either way it is such a distraction and finding that key is more difficult than thought.  A level head, level heart the best outcome.

Life has a funny way of giving you a false illusion over a situation. In some situations, you feel in control and in charge, and then that comfort blanket is completely stripped off. Dealing with the sense of pessimism and vulnerability afterwards leads you to question whether you’re in change of your own life. You begin to paint a hostile picture of the world, a place of little opportunity and were innocent people suffer the most. You teach yourself to accept it and endure it, not to have high hopes and to focus on the self-more than offers. Whatever in your life is leading you to feel this way, a dysfunctional household, server anxiety and mental health issues, a natural disaster or whatever; today's clarity bog is not here to give you a false belief that you can just dramatically change everything and you’ll be fine. Because I bet that if your reading this your already making effort to change things, I am just giving advice on how to change your perception of reality to help you remember there are things you still have control over.

We all have control over our own body and what we choice to focus on. What we focus on is not our thoughts, because naturally we are constantly thinking thoughts and we cannot control what we are thinking about at one moment. Whatever we choice to focus on were manifesting into our lives, were feeding what we focus on and giving it the power to change and alter our perception of the world. When we’re focusing on how powerless things are were feeding the belief, giving it more power on what we
observe in our lives. The solution is to give yourself some mantra or prove to yourself that you do have power, you’re in control because the law of attraction is proof of that. Fully focus on the power we have to change the situation and view its positive effects on how you begin to feel better over circumstances.  Yet there is a shadow to this, if we over concentrate on how powerful we are, were subconsciously afraid of powerlessness. And in consequence the more we concentrate on the power we have a the more actions we take to prove it ourselves, were also manifesting powerlessness and situations where you have no control. The subconscious is trying to mirror to you, what you’re truly avoiding and manifesting it in front of you to cause you to learn to accept the moment. Focusing on positive and power alone is tiring and eventually something’s going to come along to knock you out. Both accept the moment and change what you’re paying attention to in order to create true change. And by this I mean sulk, feel bad over the situation, get angry and vengeful. Yet change afterwards what you are focusing on, teach yourself mantras and cause physical change to improve things. Allow yourself to hope, and still accept that the current situation is rubbish. Do work towards healing from the current situation. By doing this your creating true power over reality.

A tip for when you’re in the mists of suffering and in a completely powerless situation, try and spend conscious time focusing on the singular thing that makes you feel good in the present. If you try positive focus, our only causing more conflict because your current realty does not mirror your thoughts. So focus on something physically and directly in front of you. Such as a picture on the wall you like, how the sun feels on your skin or how your hair feels on your head. Anything, even a bug on the wall. So long as it makes you feel safe and comfortable. Remember, that this technique is a habit of focusing on anything to keep your mind out of reality short period. It is only going to give you more of a sense of control and awareness on what you focus on. Which in term gives you more power to begin positively focusing on mantras, and healing. So during that time you can take actions to positively improve things physically, surrounding yourself with better people, gaining qualifications in school so you can get into university out of a situation or therapy. Think of it like the person who has lost a leg, needs to sit there and begin to wiggle his feet on one leg and move is body around, before he can start getting a prosthetic limb. So he can the receive more aid to learn to walk again and fully recover into a normal life. It’s about taking baby steps before big strides. Focusing on the present and focusing on what you do have before you start finding ways to improved something immediately. It’s a long process to regaining power yet once done you feel far more capable and in control.

The art of being both dependent upon others and demanding support from others as well as being self-sufficient and independent enough to deal with life is the most natural way to go about life. We need to build bonds of trust and support with those who are around us, regardless of what that trust was originally built apron.  Additionally being independent enough to pioneer your own life, make your own decisions and be fearless enough to do things on your own, regardless of how difficult and stressful it may be. If you're too codependent, it’s a sign that you need to stop following offers you need to start learning from others. People who are overly independent, it is time to start building healthy expectations and trusting others in order to find more support and happiness. To find and maintain this balance is incredible important, since it is the balance of both trusting self and others. Trusting others alone is a lack in trust in self and vice versa. In today’s clarity blog, we will be discussing the balance between codependents and independence, and why uniting them both creates a more fulfilling and natural life.

As human beings, we are social animals. Since we live with and among others all the time. Wither that is a town, tribe, community or the people our live and work among. We form communities to guarantee survival, since groups offer defense from threats as well as a sense of belonging. We require others. In every aspect of our lives, we are supported by other and rely on others whether we admit it or not, from something as small as relying on farmer to produce your potato is, relying on others to deliver mail, create functioning electronics. We need to accept that independence is not natural it is unhealthy because regardless we still rely on others and in addition we are not allowing yourself to trust others. This causes stress, feelings o fatigue and serious issues about being amongst others and broadening who we are. The ego would have us believe that we are our own responsibility and only we alone can provide for ourselves. Which is true to an extent, however those beliefs are highly closed. We need to re-teach ourselves to trust, it is natural for us to have to have expectations and to receive support from others. Examples such as asking for help every now and again, asking questions from others to support you knowledge, asking for small favors in reward for your favors. Interacting, which benefits you, even if that is letting off steam on others and having a conversation. The ego of a highly independent person will have difficulty doing this, however it starts by small gestures ad escalating more on wards. Asking for your dropped pen and asking some to help pick it up for you and saying ‘thankyou’ in return.

We as individuals must have an individual experience. Each one of us is unique in our own ways, in how we look, think and our habits or tendencies. Therefore, for those overly dependent people, it is time they create boundary and build self-trust. To stop following and leading by example and to start learning and creating for yourself. Recognizing that you are responsible for your own life and actions, and it is under your control either to fix that mistake or to cover it up. It is about making bold independent steps, from cooking for yourself .Learning how to go shopping and organize your day alone. Trusting your knowledge and ability’s. Over time, that person who you rely on. It is time to communicate and set clear boundaries, since yet again it is the ego, which is causing you to identify with others. This ego, need to learn that rather than building identity around others, it’s about taking and giving identity to others in a mutual and healthy way. Being committed to your life.

The imagination is an incredible powerful tool we use when creating our lives, whether you are a creative person or not, it is undeniable how vivid and realistic they can be. Imagining the impossible and the insane can be so clear in our mind's eye, we can envisage it as though it is and had already happened. The extraordinary thing about the imagination, how much like a canvas it is only the creator’s interpretation of it is what creates it, additionally with the imagination it vis a blank canvas to craft in. The majority of us out there use our imagination to think through what to expect out of life, what we want, what we are going to do and how. We build our expectations from imagination; since we do this often, our expectations are beyond realistic. They can be overly ideal and ungrounded to expect things to work so peacefully and effectively. In all reality, there are pros and cons to everything, and different unexpected outcomes than what we may believe. If our imagination is overly idealistic, it puts us off actually going out and doing that thing, or from even believing that we could do it. Because we are on two sides, our imagination is making our dreams look easeful, perfect for us, and super easy to achieve, were as we are wear that in practicality that is not necessary true. That it takes a hustle and some work to get there. In today’s clarity blog, we will be discussing how to go from ideas to creation in transferring thought to practically.
Throughout our day, we think then we do. Simple as, everything is first a thought and a choice and then we make it happen, from what time we wake up, to tying our shoelaces. Therefore, the process of thought to reality is more common and achievable. With huge dreams, goals and desires. As mention can be incredible unrealistic and do not include the small prints of what has to be done to get there. In addition, the key is, to think step by step. When creating something, it is about living each day moving towards the goal gradual steps. This takes both hard work, dedication and mindfulness, not allowing yourself to spend time overestimating what you can do. This is done by simple, starting habits and working in whatever it is gradually, not expecting a quick fix out of life. For instance, working towards building a business by making steps every day to find a store, building a website, organizing out the products to sell, getting bank loans and saving. It is about striving, creating lists to achieve, and setting realistic tools. The key is to become fulfilled and contempt in the long process of creating what you want, and rewarding yourself as you go along. When experiencing hardships to simple accept that it is what it is, that there are ways to overcome it and by being patient enough to go through it. Going through it day by day. It is such a powerful tool of creation, is too be present today and constant for tomorrow. These may seem like empty words, however to truly apply it is powerful even to a small degree of being in the moment and not allowing your emotion to get the absolute best of you.

To conclude the imagination is so strong and interring, since we are easily lost in it. To get caught from practicalities, imagination, and having no clue how to make what you want happen. We feel hopeless as though it is unachievable. However it is, since we go from thought to creation all the time. In small ways, and by taking things gradually over time. Looking at the reality and not getting too into though and stuck in the future. To allow yourself to go through present hardships, and struggles and remind yourself of why you started in the first place and to purge through. In addition, decide to use the imagination as a blank canvas for your creation, rather than the only place where your desires exist.

The ego’s purpose is to create an identity, since when we are a newborn we essentially have no identity and we see ourselves as no different to our mother. However, a realization of being separate occurs, so that child begins to form identity through likes and dislikes. Colors or feelings it like. The child will begin to say ‘I’ or ‘me’ and now the ego has become fully develop. The incredible thing about the ego it is adapts very quickly to whatever is going on in the outside world, it still manages to withhold an identity. Regardless of whether that identity is positive and self-loving or a self-destructive and negative ego. In addition, that status can change, that what makes the ego so complicated, is that it is difficult to pin point the sorts of thoughts it regularly creates since its continuously managing to change. With all of that in mind, when we begin to go on our spiritual journey. We begin to change our ideas and thought patterns for the better, and come to realizations of the existence of this labeled ‘dogmatic ego’ and we make it a goal to significantly reduce our ego. We try to desire less, we begin to be generous and treat offers as equals. However, here is the catch; we begin to form an identity out of being ego less. We from an ego identity, ironically from being ego less. In today’s clarity blog, we will be beginning to unravel that aspect of your ego, which walks in through the back door.

Our ego is an amazing survivalist, that no matter how hard we try it will never distinguish. It takes new forms and adapts to whatever environment you put yourself in. The ego is something we should accept and embrace, since it is beneficial. It give us our identity of who we are and our story, important aspects to how others view us. In addition, the ego, gives us boundaries on what we want and do not want and what we are passionate about or just tolerate. Which on the spiritual path is still necessary. When we fight that aspect of ourselves, we are fighting an impossible war, since the ego is already adapting to benefit your spirituality. The ego of course will evolve to create an identity out of your spirituality. In addition, walks in through the back door by deciding to create an identity out of being ego-less. This will cause the person to be generous and helpful to offers and feel such a great sense of reward from it. Moreover, share how much good they do for others. Which is good, to be doing well and showing kindness in a world so hostel, however the ego is still on a very destructive level. Since, we create an identity, which we are willing to defend and fight for, and when we receive critics’ we become defensive and the oversight of egoless. This false sense of identity is weak, since consciously it is true that we do things for our own self-benefit. It is something we have to accept. Which is our flaws and what makes us human. To finish it all off, we need to accept the ego, and use it to your benefit. As self-motivation to pursue higher desire, to cause us to create healthy relationships with other and ourselves by allowing it to flourish as it is. The ego will always exist so long as you are physical.

On the spiritual journey of self-development, we experience many shifts in our mindset, physical well being and perspective. Theses shift will leave you feeling more clarity, at peace and emotionally centered. Meditation, deep emotional healing and new and positive change in life often trigger theses shifts. When they take place, you feel a subtle difference in your thoughts and feelings. You may not crave the same types of food you used to, or you begin to find it difficult to watch the news with all of the injustice, which is taking place. This shift varies from person to person and everyone’s shift caused by different reasons. We may experience several different forms of ascension after awakening. In today’s clarity blog, we will be looking at ascension.  The reason why it takes place, its symptoms and importance.

The reason why we experience an ascension is because our mind is opening up to energy is which are of a higher vibration. In addition, as our mindset adjusts to the truth that we are more than physical, we are raising our vibration since we are receiving knowledge so unfathomable to certain aspects of our brain. The primal areas of our brains, which are in control for fight or flight, senses and languages. Often has difficulty trying to express and deal with all these new information, those areas become less necessary however still exist in their own way.  Whilst at the same time, our crown chakra and heart chakra are reserving healing energy. This energy will encourage great growth, to prepare you to move into new karmic level of mind. Additionally, it will push you to your limit and encourage you to begin to change areas of your life, which are not necessary. These aspects, which the energy is trying to causing you to change, is areas which are fear based, tendencies we seem to do about of fear of a negative consequence. This is the reason why many people find the process of growth difficult.  On the upside, you will become far more enlightened in your approach to life, your thoughts and ideas.

There will be sudden feelings of inspiration, peace or happiness within you. It will become a lot easier to meditate for long periods, exurb spiritual information. Your psychic abilities may become more at ease and it becomes easier to control and use when you wish. Yet again these varies per person and it may be incredible strong or more subtle in small ways. There will be headaches, ringing sounds in your ears and a difficulty pay attention in mundane tasks. Which take patients to overcome these changes. Which are mainly positive.
On a vibrational level, ascension is incredible similar to when your phone or laptop receives and update. It is slow to start loading and processing the information. After its installs in half the time, it require for it to load, and already your phone or laptop is heating up and having trouble. However, the second it fully installed, it automatically adjusts. A vast change happens and things run smoother, with less chances of receiving any negative viruses or failures. This analogy is a lot like the process of ascension. To conclude ascension is an important part of spiritual develop and takes place to get rid of old and unnecessary mindsets and to improve the quality of life.
