First smoothie bowl:
Smoothie contents: 1 banana, handful of raspberries, almond milk
Toppings: Strawberry, chia seeds , blueberries, mixed nuts
I also had two pieces of toast with half an avocado spread on top.
Total calories: 427
Had a bigger breakfast than usual because I have a fairly long day today and I’m hoping it’ll see me through until my first break.
