Thanks so much your blog really gives me motivation and your right strength training doesn't make you bulky makes you more toned and I always used to be lazy but time comes and you realize you have one life and are you going to really let life pass you by and not live happily with yourself and I came to that realization and it's already been a month since I started clean eating and working out and I can say is that your blog really helped me get motivation

Today's Workout
Still sore after "leg day" on Tuesday, but got through today! Well proud! :) This week working with 65% of my 1RM (one repetition max) Started with 10min warm-up on treadmill 10km/h, some stretches after and..
Deadlift - 50kg 10 reps / 3 sets
Lat Pull down - 32kg 10 reps / 3 sets
One Arm Row - 18kg 10 reps / 2 sets
Front Squat - 25kg 10 reps / 2sets
Push Ups - 10 reps / 2 sets
DB Shoulder Press - 8kg each arm 10 reps / 2 sets
Tomorrow - longer run (maybe) and definitely some serious Ab workout :)

Back to the GYM!
My legs are still sore from my Monday's leg day, but my motivation is stronger than ever!It is always a good feeling when you finish your workout.
Today is my back day : deadlift, one arm row, lat pull down + and some front squats+ power cleans
Couple months ago I couldn't imagine that I will ever remember those names. So..- if I can do it you,- can do it!
