the things I do to lose weight.
currently drinking apple cider vinegar with honey and garlic. helps a ton with metabolism and making you not hungry cause it upsets your stomach. hey a win is a win.

1.If you're hungry drink a lot of water, drink until you can't anymore
2.Put perfume,soap or detergent to avoid binging
3.Look up disgusting foods to avoid binging
4.Stand infront of the mirror and compare yourself to thinspo
5.Look at triggering images
6.Drink green tea after every meal
7.Drink a teaspoon of apple cider vingigar with a cup of water before a large meal
8.Drink at least one glass of water before every meal
9.Take small bites
10.Eat from a smaller plate to truck ur brain into thinking theres more food
11.If your feel like eating, stand next to your skinnier friends or look at pictures of you next to them
12.Drink lemon water every morning on an empty stomach
13.If you can't resist the craving, chew and spit
14.Look in the mirror every time your hungry
15.Purge in the night
16.If you feel dizzy take some vitamins or drink some electrolytes
