Let’s be real being a social worker, a girlfriend, and mother never stops. Therefore, I never stop. Except when it came to my physical health. I stopped taking care of myself after college at age 23. Then I stopped feeling good about myself. Then I started disliking myself. Now, I am 27...and it is time for a change. . Since the beginning of April, I have taken back my health. I have been committed to being in the gym five days a week. I have been counting my macros and watching what I eat. (Still enjoying all of my favorite foods...just smaller portions). . I know I am worth being more than a great professional, mother, and girlfriend. I want to be the best, most healthy version of myself. .
