Tess looked sadly at Ella, before grabbing her tools and programmer. She went a train car away and activated her programmer remotely and turned off Ella's pain nodes for the next 2 minutes as a sense of relief for her. It was the only thing she could do for now, and then she logged out to ensure there was no log of her helping.

Tess hurried back to her train car, put her stuff aside, sat on the blanket and stared with hollow eyes at her reflection in the glass of the train car window.

The turquoise haired drone came back, but she walked slowly and quietly, pretending she didn't hear any of it at all. "Tessa, your Majesty, I brought you and Ella some tea," she softly spoke, her voice had a small echo of respectful fear as she waited outside the door, not brave enough to look in.
