Murder Drones Headcanon: Time Travel

In my personal Murder Drones headcanon, time travel is possible (although there is a limit to how far into the past you can go but no limit to how far into the future you can go), and all Murder Drones AUs coexist with the main Murder Drones canon as branching timelines which are the result of time travelers messing with the timeline (Changing the past does NOT change the future, but rather creates a separate, alternate timeline which exists independently from the main one. Basically MCU and DBZ time travel logic). There is also the Ministry of Timeline Preservation (MTP), an organization which is dedicated to preventing the further creation of new branching timelines and in some cases erasing existing ones if they are deemed as a threat. A total of 1,277 branching timelines have been created ever since time travel became possible, and 129 of them have been erased over the course of the MTP’s history, so 1,148 branching timelines currently remain.

Murder Drones Time Machine Design Contest!

Tess had awoken early and noticed a gift from a "spectral someone' had left her a kettle, two melmac (unbreakable) mugs, and some cinnamon oil. She brewed some for her and H to start the day with something warm in her tank. Evil Louisa be like: I'm so conflicted! On one hand, I am so happy for my dear daughter that she saved, repaired and made friends with such lovely Drones who were unjustly discarded to that dreadful mass grave of a scrapyard. On the other hand, I really should not have allowed her to come out there like she did, completely unprotected. It is my duty as her mother to protect her from horrible injuries of the sort that can be inflicted by random metal objects one can find in such a place, like a chain or something.

more md wof au stuff I kinda rush sketched

quick review I basically replaced the abslutesolver with the breath of evil bc almost 1 to 1 match and all solvers are animi. the last resistance against the HiveWings were thousands of years ago and failed. HW basically demoted silkwings into barely even dragon, a flamesilk managed to get out and burn silkwings out of an animus removal enchantment, silkwing animus appeared and at first they tried to control them by forcing one to make a collar that permanently restricts it but it worked so well they tried to control one out of fear. the boe was ditched years before and the othermind decided to get revenge by taking over discarded silkwings. Cicada was the first, enchanted by an infected animus to be an animus, and all goes similarly. it forced some silkwings into metamorphosis to be these weird hive-night hybrids labeled SwarmWings. animus silks get the special treatment and became silk-nights instead

first one is my idea of heart nori who in this au is onvia. onvia had experimented with growing a part of the BoE to control herself years before her death but was fully infected by the time she was able to use it. instead she only had access to the piece after dying, kind of rebirthed into the mindspace of her own that she had reign over. she eventually grabbed a leafwing corpse to control bc being an unmovable plant is boring. I thought of making it a canon character before I remembered those corpses would've disappeared centuries ago whoops. Also yes she decorated the leafwing with accessories bc why not.

second image is n meeting onvia. also there's solver uzi. incomparison to her silkwing appearance she has a bulkier build and some foresight. also have her learning how to fly with webbed dragon wings (n has no idea what he's doing but is there to catch her so he's doing his best. i actually had planned to have swarmwings have nightwing wings and i might change it to that depending on how much im willing to modify the hivewing base like that.)

tawny, tessa in this au. tawny is the daughter of a lady of a hive and ends up being the remaining hivewing royal after the othermind massacre on the hives. she was crowned at such a young age and thus very stressed and full of guilt. luckily (not) th othermind eventually found tawny to know too much about it to live and after a few times the hivewings stopped some infected silkwings, it just sent one into the throne room and killed her lol. and then wore her body ofc that happens in this au but I'm not gonna go into that until the next sketch :)))).

Once he entered the train car, he saw the sorry state that Nate had been left in, both his legs taken off, and healing inhibitors placed around him, scrambling the healing nanites.

James whispered as he made himself somewhat visible, "Little Butler Boy, it's me. I heard your distress pings and I came to help."

Putting her mascara wand back into its container. She went over to the airlock’s entrance, granting Nate access. She stood there, giving it a few minutes for it to exhaust the compressed air.

Tch, are you some sort of copy of my little dog? You look so similar. Guess it’s just instinct that you drones can’t help it. Whatever, you’re here now, we’ll have so much fun together won’t we?

Her tone was tinted with fake sincerity but her high-pitched voice managed to mask it.

y’all be throwing every goddamn female character into the Pit of Mischaracterization for the sake of Lack of Media Literacy and Misogyny (these are capitalized because I wanted to)

but not only that, y’all make N out to be the golden child dumbass Can Do No Wrong character when like… bro’s not stupid??? or infinitely sweet???? he literally DECAPITATED Cyn-Tessa like ????

I like to paint these guys as simplified versions purely for comedic purposes but the more I hang out around here it’s like y’all actually believe that shit????

I never got the vibe of V being jealous of Uzi. that shit is like… kinda not true at all??? and N is clearly the kinda guy to look on the bright side, but that shit is a COPING MECHANISM. Uzi is pessimistic for the same reason

NONE of these characters are mentally well and they all have different ways of dealing with it. Uzi (and V a bit) remind me of myself. they’re both hostile to those they care about because it’s easier to drive them away than let them in.

also, everyone bitching about Uzi killing her classmates needs to grow up. yeah, sure they didn't deserve it (ig) but they were literally background characters solely made to antagonize and ostracize Uzi. and she clearly feels bad about doing it too so I don't know why y'all throwing such a fit over it the show is literally called MURDER Drones the drones are gonna kill ppl

-Yes too!, he is the bully until DDs appears just to hide!

Evil!Cyn:

-Originally brought to Tessa being affected by the AS, however she begins to regain consciousness. -As she regained consciousness and control of her body she became more confident. -Has a certain rivalry with N, at certain points she makes him look bad on purpose. -Tessa's favorite drone. -More will be added-

Evil!Absolute Solver:

-Created by humans as some form of hacking the JCJenson company! -The AS was implanted in Cyn to cause a disaster and boycott the company, but now Cyn is aware of this and thinks that humans only want to kill each other using other drones, she will prove them wrong, and will end them... humans should never have given uncontrollable powers to an IA -More will be added-

Evil!Tessa:

-She's alive!! -Yep! -Her parents brought the drones for her to give her more company (although they are both loving and care for her a lot), Tessa still had to continue learning to live with other people (in this case the drones), but J was somewhat lazy, V was very uncontrolled, N looked very tormented and Cyn… she was different, she was very good to Tessa, but it was just a mask. -Yep, was annoyed by N (caused by V and Cyn)

"I don't care, I'm not letting anyone take our home and our livelihood, Jaybird," the robotic Tessa insisted, she went to the hatch to the roof and climbed up, heading outside on the roof, her half-disassembly drone J following suit.

Her EMP pulse canon was ready, she waited in silence, hearing the wind and the crackling ice below.
