Werewolf J for the mythical creature AU @kalpeavaris and i are working on >:] designs and concepts are still being explored and finalized but we've been making a lot of progress and cool ideas!!

This is just her wolf form! She does have a human form which is what she would be in primarily (we've just not designed it yet 💔)

A lil' explore-y sketchpage of the mythical AU @thatbugkidd and I are working on together >:]] They did some amazing work at revising the designs like Uzi and Khan as Kobolds, as well as the armor Cyn wears with the Absolute Solver taking over!! (more to come on that front as well, but fuck me drawing armor /hj)

N is an albino corvid harpy with V being a magpie (designed by Bug!) - and Nori's a dragonborn hybrid, tall lady (Khan's canonically a mountain climber in like every AU ffs)

hiii besties, very bad health day so not really something I could show for (slept until 6PM lol), but here's an N I drew for my new PMV project as well as some sketches for a Murder Drones 'mythical creature' AU @thatbugkidd and I cooked last night 🔥🔥 (ft. Kobold Uzi & Satyr Cyn... and Solver!Cyn teehee- no final designs yet just exploration :3c)

I feel like Cyn would love the feeling of just being warmly held. After years where your only sensation of touch was with malice and hate, she would revel in the feeling of someone just holding her while she sleeps

Cyn is 100% deadweight on a good night. This girl is exhausted and so tired, if she's not having a nightmare and waking up throughout the night she's just completely out. Uzi on the other hand is definitely a mover. She tries to cuddle Cyn 50 different ways throughout the night, and sometimes whenever cyn wakes up she's halfway on the floor.

I am working on that! I'm trying to make some simple refs for everyone. Each character (and their corresponding notes) will be posted separately but I'll probably make a tag for them so they're still grouped together. Been working on Cyn first :3

*shy points* Ik this is probably irrelevant but I still love the design for the Absolute Salvation and was curious. Obvi since they're a demonic force, can they change their original form as well? idk why but like I'm imagining a grumpy pile of tendrils sulking in the corner. Anyways yeah. (also sorry for for spam liking)

So this one is kind of a complicated answer. AS in their original form can't physically interact with the world without a vessel. So for this form, it can heavily manipulate its appearance seeing as its not physically present. It's more like a manifestation. It would only appear to Cyn, being more like a hallucination for her. I feel like generally it would keep, roughly, the same appearance though, it wouldn't see a need in changing (yet)

Now, Cynessa is different HAHA

When AS has a vessel, as mentioned before, it can change its form on a consumption basis. This can give it the ability to shift into someone, with roughly the same appearance, likeness, voice, etc. (I say roughly bc, it can only replicate so well. There will always be some small differences)

It can also change its appearance grotesquely by duplicating appendages and body parts it already has (arms, eyes, mouths, etc) and overall can contort its body in extremely unnatural and painful ways. YES, it is all extremely painful, but the AS doesn't really feel the pain. It's more or less still sending the signals to what's still available of cyn's consciousness. So combining this with being able to steal body parts from things it's eaten, it can change quite drastically!

A side note for funsies but the wings the AS presents itself with is different than uzi's wings because the salvation views itself as angelic, and good. It thinks of itself as the Savior of the world, putting an end to humanity to start a new, better life. So it physically reflects that with feathered wings (though they still have claws, you can only hide so much.)

Who wants to take a guess on what the mystery meat is? We may never know...

I really want to stress how fucked up AS/Cynessa is in this AU. Obviously we know this is in the show, but I will be exploring more of the themes, especially about how manipulative it would be. Sure, it wants to end all of humanity, that's all good. but to also make everyone suffer at every other turn just because you can? And to enjoy every moment of agony you put living creatures through? Idk about that good sir (I still love cynessa in an odd way, she can be so silly in the show, but I will simply be focusing more on how scary and morbid she could've actually been off-screen)

Two questions if that's ok 😅 Is Cyn and Nate siblings in this AU? Or is Cyn adopted? Or are they just friends? Also does Usi have something like the solver that gives her more abilities but makes her more vulnerable to the demon

Yes, they are siblings! They're not biologically siblings ofc but they very much see each other as brother and sister.

Yes she does. Similar to the canon story, humans tried desperately to figure out some sort of way to combat the demon which unfortunately included experimenting with rituals on the "animals" to recreate the spirit and figure out how to cease it. So Uzi inherited a sort of "strain" of the AS, not the actual demon itself but it still created a lot of influence over her until she learned to manipulate the powers for herself.

When Cyn learns what it means (definitely wouldn't be from Uzi herself, she wouldn't admit that) she would be so endeared and happy which would only embarrass Uzi more hehe

And YESS I really feel the need to stress how overwhelming and terrifying it would've been for Cyn. The entire ordeal was horrifying for everyone, but she in particular went through a lot imo. (NOT TO BE COMPARING TRAUMA, BUT DAMN)
