For exercising I helped my friend move out of her place and I to the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator 🙃 I felt like I was gonna pass out, not sure how many Cal's I burnt but my watch said it was around 950.

I feel like maybe doing this check in will help me not only be more mindful of what I'm eating, but maybe also help motivate me to stick with my goals.

Me@lspØ 💖 400cal tofu salad
Today's limit was 450cal. And I love doing OMADs so I made myself tofu salad which was around 400cal. It was also my first time ever trying tofu and it's sooo goood! If you want a recipe:
1/2 tofu brick
1/2 tomatoe
15ml of soy souce
1 table spoon of kimchi souce (that was the most caloric thing from all of these)
Seasoning (I used garlic and sweet paprika)
100g Salad mix (use any salad and herbs you like) I bought myself at store and it was 16cals in 100g.
+ I used 1 tea table spoon of veggie oil to fry my tofu couse my bro burnt my non stick frying pan😐

Prosciutto Puffs
79cal each, 40 minutes
These Prosciutto Puffs are a deliciously savory snack! They have such a wonderful consistency, you won't leave a crumb behind. You can thank the mayonnaise for that! It's just another reason that they're the perfect snack to enjoy on the go between meals.
Ingredients for 30 servings
• Prosciutto (4 oz)
• 2 Green Onions (1 oz)
• Mayonnaise (5 oz)
• 6 Eggs (15 oz)
• Almond Flour (4 oz)
• Baking Powder (1½ tsp., 0.3 oz)
Instructions for 30 servings
1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
2. Cut the prosciutto into small pieces and the green onions into rings.
3. Using a hand mixer, blend the mayonnaise and eggs together until creamy.
4. Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix well.
5. Fold in the prosciutto and green onions. Use a spoon to scoop out and place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
6. Place on the middle rack and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
