You only worked out four times this week? At least you worked out.
Your water intake was half of what it should be? Any amount of water will help.

Rant
It’s literally my birthday weekend and I want to feel ok about going to special meals with family but the only thing I can feel is how my stomach feels full and how much I hate the feeling of my body digesting food. I was already bingeing this whole week and I know I’m going to be over 120 again when I get home, and it makes me want to kms. It’s so hard to restrict at work cuz my manager is a mom who is very careful to make sure we are taking lunches and drinking water, and the environment doesn’t allow me to lie about having eaten cuz she can literally see me taking my lunch. I’m hoping getting to the gym regular is going to help, but goddammit I hate this feeling…
