You know, I’m kinda surprised I don’t see more people talking about MetaMucil on here. This shit makes half a meal feel like two and keeps you from getting backed up in a healthy way. Like yeah it tastes like garbage and has a real bad texture and you have to drown yourself with water to keep it from hurting your stomach, but it’s worth it imo
