I just went through this horrifying episode of depression and suicidal thoughts. Everytime wishing it got easier. Trying to hide so that no one worries. Having shivering thoughts that go through my head at times of complete isolation that I have put myself in. Sadly at that moment nothing helps. At that exact moment I become numb. It's an uncontrollable rush of thoughts that don't seem to end. I smile pretending I'm okay but my words lost in my head as I am wanting to yell HELP in between every word I speak. It's like a dark heavy blanket that seems to get wrapped around my body not being able to breathe. When it happens I feel no pain and have no care. I try to open the door to beautiful memories, but the door is nailed shut and my hands bleeding trying to pull the nails out of there. But even if I cried for help I am use to hearing that "It's in your head..." or that "You are seeking attention." and the worst one "Well don't you believe in God?" To answer every question. I know it's in my head, and it drives me crazy to the point I hate looking at myself. I hide for day's away from everyone to not pay attention to the pain. And God my heavenly Father is always there, but those demons seem to drag me in to this hole of pain and doubt, but Thank you God for always pulls me out. I want to let you know that I understand and those darn demons have you trapped. Yet don't forget that their job is to tear you down. I have learned to fight these battles, but when I reach out it's only because you are the only light I see and I am asking you to please guide me. This is not something new and nothing that I brag about and even hearing the words depression, mental health, and suicide creepy the hell out. I know I have pushed so many away, but I think of all of you every day. My love never dies. I was always scared to share this thinking of being judged. I am sharing this to let you know that I know it is me and has nothing to do with you so please don't get offended because I don't recognize you sometimes I don't recognize me too. #bipolardisorder #depression #healing #Growing

I don't make it any easier because I cling on to those awful demons. At that moment nothing helps. At that exact moment I become numb. It's an uncontrollable rush of thoughts that don't even let me breathe. The worst part is that very few understand and no one lets me speak thinking they know exactly what is happening except instead of helping, they shut me up. You see me and think I am fine that my smile and my small talk means I am okay. Sadly everyother word is painful and I am wanting to yell for help. I see my self in the mirror and I get scared that I sometimes don't see myself and begin to hate myself in this painful agony of self destruction. I wish it got easier. One thing I do know is that no matter what God has reached for me and pulled me out even when I looked away. I would always say that when I won the lottery I would help all who needed it. For all I know I might not ever win the lottery. So why not not help those who I can help now? If I wait for the time to be right the time might never be right. If I can make a meal a day and give it to at least one person I have made a diffrence.
