Hello everyone, I was recently contacted by @vettedfundraisergaza about Islam and his family. If it weren’t for them, I would not have known about him and his family and all they are going through. I thank them sincerely for bringing this to my attention, and I really hope you follow them and reblog their posts about Islam and his family.

Islam Al-Najjar (@islamgzacc4) is a 27 year old Palestinian man from Gaza.

His home was destroyed due to Israeli bombing. And his grandfather, who is 85 years old, has lost his hand due to Israeli bombardment as well. He is now suffering from injury. Islam’s mother has also been recently diagnosed with cancer, and she has just started her treatment not too long ago.

They have had many loved ones that were tragically taken away from them, close ones who were very dear to them. And now they continue to struggle to survive in such inhumane and harsh conditions. But this family, as heroically brave and resilient as they are, still strongly hold onto hope despite these hardships. I ask you to please lend the goodness of your heart to this beautiful family who are suffering.

Please donate to them so that they can survive, any amount will help. If you are unable to make a donation, then I ask you to please follow Islam’s account and help raise awareness to his posts. With your support, we can help this family get the help that they need most to rebuild their lives. Remember that no contribution is ever too small.

If they’re lucky enough to have a tent and not be sleeping on the streets, people in Gaza look out and see nothing but endless sand, the ruins of buildings, barefoot children, and hungry families with no food. The constant buzzing of surveillance drones fills the air.

No roof. No walls. Nothing to shield them from the rain pouring down these days. No warm clothes to fight off the cold.

Don’t forget Gaza just because the bombs have stopped. A ceasefire doesn’t mean their struggles are over. They still need us.

Islam’s home is gone. He has nowhere to go. Their tent is falling apart under the wind and rain in Khan Younis.

Rafah crossing will open tomorrow to allow patients and the wounded to receive medical treatment. Finally, a chance for those in need of urgent care, but not everyone has an easy way out.

Islam has been asking for help since the beginning of the war. He and his family have been living in a tent, enduring the freezing cold of winter and the unbearable heat of summer, with barely any aid reaching them. Imagine surviving for months without a roof over your head, without enough food, without a job or any source of income.

And now, things have gotten even worse.. His mother has cancer. They don’t have access to proper medical care. No hospital. No treatment. And he has no money to even try to save her.

If there was ever a time to donate, it’s now. Every dollar, every contribution makes a difference. Help Islam save his mother.

Coming back home after being away for a while feels like the best thing ever The familiar smell of your space the sight of your room your bed your favorite corner it all makes you feel safe and calm like the world’s battles don’t exist here This is your sanctuary your place where everything feels okay
