Today's crockpot recipe:

Creamy shredded chicken pasta.

2-3 chicken breats

1 can tomato puree

2 cups milk

1 stick of butter

One package of cream cheese

6 oz of Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp oregano

2 tbsp basil

2 tbsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lb pasta of your choice

Step 1: place chicken breasts in crock pot and season with half of your seasoning.

Step 2: add tomato puree and milk, the rest of your seasoning, butter, cream cheese, And Parmesan cheese.

Step 3: cook on high for 4 hours.

Step 4: shred chicken, stir, lower heat to low, and add pasta.

Step 5: cook until pasta is al dente, usually about 45 minutes, but time may vary depending on the type of pasta.

Step 6: serve and enjoy

I decided to watch an episode of Doctor Who. The episode that just happened to be queued on my Max profile was the single most devastating episode that I've seen: "Doomsday." I'm nowhere near caught up on the show. I'm back watching 10 again. Started back at 9 because my brain injury erased most of the content that I watched before the injury. I remembered "Doomsday," though. Hard to forget.

The episode hits different now, though. The first time I saw it, I'd never been in love. Now I'm so deeply in love and I just cannot imagine loving someone like this and never getting the chance to say "I love you." Maybe that's why I say it so often, because the Doctor couldn't. I sobbed my way through that episode, from the moment Pete and Jackie saw each other until "Rose Tyler-"

The show is so good. Had a good cry, now it's time for bed.

honest advice from my perspective: if you're around people or at least dating people that make you feel like you're walking on eggshells, constantly stressed out, who never take proper responsibility for hurting you or going out of their way to hurt you especially via humiliation (public humiliation) and even blame you for everything despite not taking accountability once, then those are red flags GTFO.
