SO last night I was trying to shift right? I was in day 2 of Reya’s reprogramming, and I wanted to try because why not? So, I laid down on my left side and when I opened my eyes I was here but I was facing the right and not the left.

The Shiftback Method

So, I made a method awhile back, and It worked for me (but I went back to sleep), so wanted to share it here

So basically, it’s kind of like the word method, but you use your safe word to shift.

You do whatever you want to prepare if you need too, then keep repeating your safe word but imagine your original reality is the DR you want to go too. So naturally, the safe word should shift you back to your ‘original reality’, if that makes sense.
