Alright, let's get real for a minute. I don't always love myself or my body. 90% of the time I do, but that other 10% of the time is usually when my PTSD is full force. So every day I try and practice telling myself all the things I love about myself. For example, one of my favorite things about myself are my eyes. It's usually hard to capture their true color if I'm not in the sun, so I look pale in this picture, but just look at my eyes though. They are an auburn color, and I just love them! Self love is so important and I encourage everyone to take time out of your day to just love on yourself. It helps so much with confidence and feeling comfortable in your own skin!
