I am not sure if it is time to sound the alarm yet, but I would like to know how they plan to ensure veterans continue receiving the care they need when they need it. If we are losing workers, what is the plan for handling VA claims? Can AI be used to speed up the process while still having human oversight for accuracy? Whether we like it or not, AI is here to stay, so I would like to see if that is part of the strategy.

It is also important to note that one-third of VA workers are veterans. If these cuts go through, that could mean 20,000 to 30,000 veterans losing their jobs.

This is something to watch closely. Our veterans deserve the best, and we need real solutions, not just cuts.
