What change, if any, do you want to make in your life?
Perhaps, you've been trying to make change, but are finding yourself unsuccessful in your techniques. Or maybe you are struggling to focus on ONE change and then become overwhelmed and end up doing nothing instead.
Any change, positive or negative, can influence our thought process and/or behaviors. Keep in mind, most often than not, we are resistant to change because it requires more from us, physically, mentally and/or maybe emotionally. Good news? That's all normal and OKAY.

Moving along into Week 3: Tips to Totally Change Your Life by Maranda Pleasant.
When you think about wanting to change your life, what comes to mind? Your career? A relationship? Your health? Or perhaps a new habit?
No matter HOW you want to change your life, know that what YOU decide is what is best for YOU and no one else. Period.
Before we get into this week, please know there is NO one right way to do anything that applies to your way of living and/or lifestyle. We really need to STOP asking for permission and/or waiting on validation from someone, anyone to approve what we've decided to do.
Stay tuned for upcoming tips, but in the meantime, think about what you use that has helped you to change your life.
