So. To start, I would like to preface this by saying that I dont know how/if this connects to canon, or if something else is said entirely. I honestly don't know much of the Brian lore yet, so this is just random thoughts that I wanted to put into writing.

Ok. So. It is implied that Brian is made of brass, both from certain lines and the color of the facepaint, so that's what this all spirals off of. I'm in band and previously played trombone, so I ended up connecting the dots of most metal instruments also being made of brass, which I find interesting. Brian is in a band, and made of the same stuff as most band instruments! Thats cool! Then I started going on a brass tangent, so here's some other stuff!:

- brass is a copper alloy and is partially zinc

- because it is a copper alloy, it is antimicrobial, which means it kills bacteria

- brass does tarnish, but not green like copper. I've seen a lot of Drumbot art where his skin is oxidizing green, and this would contradict that (once again, not saying I'm right with this, just talking about brass). When brass tarnishes it gets dark, dull, and splotchy

- brass tarnishes with interaction with oxygen and skin oils! That means that although brass will darken when in oxygenated air, it will darken more when in contact with (supposedly human) skin.

- brass is a relatively soft metal

- brass has a relatively low melting point

Yeah thats all I have for brass. These are just things I wanted to write about and incorporate into my own art!! Enjoy idk

I know we often associate the canary with Sam, but I think Collin was the canary.

From the start he was singing the dangers of the job, trying to warn off everyone else. He tried to warn them, to save everyone by destroying the servers.

In the end, no one paid any mind to his voice until it was gone and he was dead. He died caged in the thing he tried so hard to escape, like a canary taking its last breath deep below the ground caged by the rocky walls that would spell its doom no matter how hard it sang.

I'm going as Michael for halloween, so I did a little redraft of his design to align more with the circumstances of his sorta death :]

I know it's kinda hard to tell, but the white on the knees and boots was meant to be snow, I don't think it came across as such but oh well.
