My carb intake for the last 2 days were 50g for each day. So today I up my carbs to 250 because it's leg day, Ive never lifted this heavy before and the perfect excuse for CARBS!. Meal 1 fueled & ready. 6 oz, 2 oz almonds plus veggies. Carbs are NOT the enemy but generally you should having them in the 1st meal of the day. Next is my shake & almonds. My 3rd meal of the day will the most carbs I'll eat all day. So my primary source of energy is via fats. It's a much cleaner, slower energy source anyway. Use this as a template to create similar plans. It's impossible to eat this way and NOT lose body fat.
