Listen, we are sooo quick to blame the teacher when the parents are the first teachers! Parents, most of teachers don’t have breaks during the day because we are helping students consistently! Not only do we work for 9 hrs. straight, but we have to work once we are home! Some nights I’m up until 2:00 AM making sure that your child WINS, but I can’t make a difference unless you accept the challenge!!! We as Black people, or like we say “the culture” should understand that education was once denied for us!! But we have to stop placing soo much emphasis on the extracurricular and focus on the curriculum!!! A repeated and ongoing lack of balance of some sort may be causing some health issues now. If you’ve been careless or repeatedly neglected self care in any way you will not be able to escape suffering the consequences of your actions (or rather lack there of). Consequences may come in the form of having to pay for things like dental work or other health care stuff. (I would know I’m paying for dental work also 😬lol) These pop up financial circumstances may cause you to have to postpone or say no to some other plans you may have had for that money. You also may have to miss work or explain to your boss what’s happening. For others of you, this may pertain to a job or career opportunity that the divine is blocking you from at this time. You may not be ready to take this path at this time even though you feel like you are. I do see that you will still be able to expand your horizons in terms of career or business, just maybe not in the way you had hoped. You may have to take more of a logical approach to a situation and maintain a good emotional balance. Allow yourself to be nurtured for your own growth. Whatever this struggle is that you are experiencing cannot be avoided. It truly is for your own benefit. Call it tough love from the universe if you will. You are where you’re supposed to be. Take responsibility for where you are and accept it. You are where you are because of YOU. You can’t skip this learning opportunity or try to jump ahead of the game here. You can’t bypass the struggle. Sometimes you have to accept no as an answer. You just can’t take the easy way out here.
