Last we have is my brother Fred @_thtboyfred he didn’t have as much time as everyone else but he was still determined and dedicated. This dude killed his cardio test by reaching the highest which was 100 he also did good on his push-ups they went up a tab bit . Next is my guy @dreeko2x we only been working for about 20days really hasn’t been as long really but he still made some healthy improvements. As far as his measurements everything decreased except his thigh and neck which stayed the same. Once again his fitnesses assessment improved 🔥🔥💫from the cardio test to the amount of push-ups and even his strength. Most of these I couldn’t test for max strength because we weren’t in a gym so instead I used a grip strength test. Lisa here her results were much different which I’m not afraid to admit,her measurements and weight increased over the period of our training. Now I’m not sure if it’s water,fat,bone,or even muscle I don’t have any type of equipment to scan that info 😂💀. But what I can tell you is that her fitness assessments improved from her push-ups to her step ups and pacer test with only less than a month of work🔥🔥.
