Have you read fairytales? 🧚‍♀️ As a mother, I always read fairytales to my kids, and always brought the fairytales to life. In our outings, in our play and games, in our dress-up 👗👑 Imagination and beauty was something I always made sure my babies were surrounded with 🏰✨️ Now, after 16 months of the war, there's no little castle left for my kids + family, after our house was destroyed in Rafah. We don't get to play dress-up anymore. We're not surrounded by the sweets I used to bake, the games we used to play, the selfies we used to take - modelling our dresses. We went from living a fairytale to hearing endless drones and bombs, running from them, and being besieged from one tent to another. Now, still in displacement in central Gaza, our life is no longer a fairytale, but a daily nightmare. Some days we are strong, and others, we struggle to even get food on the table in our displacement. Unable to even feed our cats. As you can see from the pics, this is what our lives have turned into, and the life of our little castle is now a memory. Wondering if Trump will call his own bluff, and what we will do next? Where will we get our next meal from? Be able to see the doctor? Put food on the table today and tomorrow? Wondering if our campaign is working? This is what we are all living in Gaza right now. We don't have time for politics, for entertainment, for hobbies, we are in a situation I still can't get used to. But it hurts me even more that our children are paying the great burden in all of this. You can help us get through this, even with a small donation. I hope very well 🌻🌄✨️ We are generally a happy family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 an optimistic family and keep faith in our steadfastness 🌄🌿🕊 especially during these difficult times of the war 💔 But also know that we are living in very difficult circumstances, as everyone here in Gaza is 🇵🇸💔 Our days are not like everyone else's in the world, as you can see from the pics 📷🎞 my husband clearing the displacement tent area of entry of water is something we never thought we would ever have to do, and during this harsh winter... this is the daily reality of our disrupted routines - compared to our normal lives before the war 😰 Inflation has also made it difficult for us to access the basic food and medical necessities - and even to be able to feed our cats 😻😻 Your kind + generous donation will help us not only to chip in to our new home reconstruction in the long-term, but also help feed my family, including our furry feline family ☺️😻 with the adequate healthy foods they also need, and not risk sickness from human food scraps - they are our loyal members of our family too - who help us stave from the rodents that scare me and kids 😱😱😱😾😾 so not only is this fundraiser protecting the health of our kids from the inflation costs, and medical costs... but also our furry babies that love us and protect us.
