Imbolc beauty is here. The days are a little longer, the birds a little louder. Hope stirs and life comes back to my bones and spirit. I got a gym membership, it's been awhile but it feels really good. Its helpful to have a place to show up to. I honestly feel like it helps me protect my home as sacred space for rest. Once I go someplace, I'm more likely to stay longer, do more, push harder. And even if I show up for 20 minutes it's a win, every time. Worth some money to feel strong, always. The autumnal equinox is when we enter the dark half of the year, the official fall date. We review what we harvested and how intentions came through - or didnt. In this time of the year as the light wanes I journey inwards. I've been on a mission of late to discover, heal and elevate my sacred, dark, receptive feminine.
