Yes to all of this oh my goodness.. Truthfully I haven't properly sat down and thought of the SDV Hybrid world~ I totally agree with all of this!

I usually write with either a Human or some ambiguous Hybrid reader in mind (as open ended as I can be haha)

I can imagine in the big city like Zuzu there's a bit of a mix and mingle of Hybrids and Humans alike, maybe even Humans outweighing the population by a lot but Hybrids do definitely exist somewhere within the world. I also feel like there could be some semi-recent political issues about Hybrids and their place in society... and maybe a lack of education surrounding them - Heat/Rut cycles and such.

Pelican Town is a very Hybrid-Dense area in the Valley, I can imagine the townsfolk being a little weary initially with the new Human Farmer move-in.

Athena was sitting at her vanity table, applying the last licks of mascara to her lashes. Normally she had her team around to get her ready for these kinds of award shows, but she wasn’t feeling it today. Zuri had been extra clingy lately and Athena didn’t feel like having extra people around when her toddler wasn’t feeling like herself. Athena preferred to be by herself on these moments so she could take breaks whenever she wanted to give Zuri a little bit of extra love.

“Mama, up!” Zuri was standing next to her chair with her chubby little arms reaching up. She already tried climbing onto her mother’s lap, but hadn’t been successful yet so she tried another way to get Athena to pick her up. 

Athena put her mascara back on the vanity table and lifted her daughter into her lap where she started pressing kisses on Zuri’s cheeks. The toddler started giggling like crazy, kicking her feet out of excitement. 

“I am sorry baby. She seems to only want you these days.” 

His voice always had a calming effect on her, dissipating the last nerves in her stomach when he started talking. She wished she could bottle this feeling so she could use it whenever she was nervous on set or when she had to give a speech.

It was starting to get on Athena’s nerves, because it also meant she hadn’t had much alone time with her husband. Something she desperately craved, but it just wasn’t in the cards for them. One of those sacrifices they had to make for being parents. 

“Me too, but maybe next time?” Athena turned her head and lifted her face in an invitation for a kiss. Bobby didn’t disappoint and immediately pressed his lips against hers, humming appreciatively against her mouth. Out of habit his hand slipped behind her neck to keep her right where she was.

Zuri wrapped her free arm around his neck and dropped her head to his cheek. 

The toddler was fresh out of the bath, her brown curls still a bit wet, because the girl absolutely hated it when they tried to dry her hair. Her pajamas for tonight were a bunny themed footed sleeper, one of Zuri’s favorites. Bobby sat down on his side of the bed against the headboard with Zuri on his chest, watching his wife walking around their bedroom in her silk robe. Any other day he would try to get her out of that same robe, but that was not in the cards for today. Bobby would have to be satisfied with just watching her, knowing she would come back to him later that evening. 

“Are you enjoying yourself?” Athena sounded amused when she caught him looking at her. She dropped her robe and got her dress from the hook on their door. The urge to tease him a bit more was strong but she remembered Zuri’s presence so she just got into her dress without a fuss. She zipped herself up, adjusting the dress a little before she turned around to them. 

“Mama pwetty.” Zuri mumbled around her thumb, her big chocolate brown eyes tracking her mother. She was lying comfortably on her dad, but she never lost Athena out of her sight.

“Mama is very pretty, Zuzu.” Bobby’s voice rumbled softly and he stroked her back gently. If he played his cards correctly she would be asleep before Athena put her heels on and applied her lipstick. He might be able to sneak another kiss, sending her off to her big award show.

Athena smiled softly and walked around the bed to sit next to Bobby’s hips. She put her hand on his and looked at their daughter who had closed her eyes by now. “Zuri is very pretty too.” Carefully, she bent over and pressed her lips gently against Zuri’s temple. The little girl didn’t move, indicating she was well on her way to a, hopefully, restful sleep. 

“You look good with a baby.” Athena shamelessly flirted with her husband over their sleeping daughter. Whenever she saw him with Zuri, her stomach flipped in a good way and she couldn’t wait to get him alone to show her appreciation for him being such a good dad.

After a few minutes Bobby moved a sleeping Zuri very slowly from his chest to their bed and put two pillows on both of her sides before he got up and could kiss Athena the way he wanted ever since he saw her in the bathroom. Once again Bobby put his hands on her neck to not mess up her hair, but still be able to keep her right where she was. Athena on the other hand could mess with his hair all she wanted so that is exactly what she did. Her fingers tugged softly on his strands while deepening their kiss, her tongue plunging into his mouth. 

They made out for a couple of minutes before Athena remembered what she was supposed to do and broke away from him, panting softly. Her legs felt weak but she had to move quickly to apply her red lipstick and put on her heels before her driver would be here. 

“You are making me so late.” Athena grumbled at her husband while she slipped on the second heel. She grabbed her purse from the bed, blew him another kiss before she rushed out of the house.

Bobby lifted Zuri from their bed to put into her own room down the hall. He started cleaning the house before he sat down to watch the award show. It didn’t take long for Zuri to wake again and cry loudly. Bobby got her out of her crib and brought her back to the living room to watch the show together. 

“You are okay, baby.” Bobby whispered in her ear and wiped her tears away. “Look, there is Mama.” He pointed to the tv where they showed Athena’s face when naming the nominees. She looked nervous and he wished he was right there to hold her hand, because there was no way she wasn’t winning this thing. Zuri laid against his chest, staring at the tv screen. 

Bobby shot up when they indeed called Athena the winner, jostling the toddler on his chest. Zuri got scared and started crying again when Bobby got way too loud in his enthusiasm. 

“I am sorry, Zuzu.” Bobby cradled the toddler to his chest and pressed his lips to her crown, gently bouncing up and down in an attempt to calm her down. It didn’t take long for the toddler to stop crying, wiping at her eyes to get rid of any tears before she looked up at her dad. 

“No loud.” Zuri furrowed her brows at him, which made her look so much like her mother when Athena was displeased. It made Bobby smile, pressing another kiss to her crown. They looked at the tv for a bit longer before Bobby turned it off and went back to their bedroom, getting ready for bed while Zuri laid on Athena’s side. He climbed into bed, pulling his daughter more to the middle of the mattress so he could put another pillow behind her. 

“Go to sleep, Zuzu. Mama will be home soon.” He whispered into her hair, laying down on his side and putting one arm around the toddler.

That was exactly how Athena found them sleeping a few hours later when she came home.

Izuku gets a drunk call from you in the middle of an important meeting to close some deal on merch or a movie starring him, Bakugou and a few other pros.

He bows and politely excuses himself to take the call in the hallway, he is never one to ignore a call from you. Never you.

"Hello, baby are you okay?"

"Zuzu bear!!!!" Comes your sing song voice and his chest feels lighter already, he even stands a bit straighter as he listens to you gush while your friends, playfully, boo him in the background. Only one of them says hello nicely.

"Zuzu bunny my friends are so mean! It's brunch and none of them put syrup on their waffles and they drink all the Mimosa!"

"Babydoll, you don't even like champagne and you drown your waffles in syrup. Most of your friends don't have a sweet tooth, especially not as sweet as yours." He chuckles, he can already hear your pout from your hmph sound you let out, a chorus of protests erupt behind you and Izuku is happy you've got such a good group of friends.

"Y'all are infecting my Zuzu! Now he's against me!'

"Deku is easily influenced!!!" "You're just mad we're right!"

He chuckles again, he can't wait to come home and see you curled up in bed or the couch with sleepy eyes and the biggest smile when he comes in. He'll pull you into his lap and you'll tell him all about your brunch.

"Are you okay sweetheart? Do you need me to come get you?" He would, Izuku would rush to the ends of the Earth to come get you.

"Nah, Denks is coming to take us all home!" You giggle, stepping away for just a moment so you can whisper softly, "But I can't wait to see you tonight. I love you."

"I love you too baby. Are you sure you don't need me?"

"Mmhmm! Besides I might sober up on the train or trick Denki into stopping by an arcade!"

You'll send him pictures of you kicking Denki's ass on the old mortal Kombat, you'll have a giant selfie with all your friends fitting in the frame perfectly thanks to the selfie stick he bought you.

Then at the end of the day he'll be more than happy to hear all the details as you tell him absolutely everything you can remember. Oh and it's a bonus that you won him a stuffed allmight for him. He'll appreciate it even more when Denki sends him a video of you sticking your arm up the slot when Allmight got stuck and you got robbed of your win and your friends gently tipping the machine in your favor.

Izuku Midoriya agere head cannons! ^_^

recently i've been getting back into mha sooo,,,, here are some little izuku headcannons!! (i will be doing cg izu in another post but for now, have the little guy hehe) . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁

ᯓ★ he is both an age regressor and caregiver! Possibly a little lean but it depends how he's doin mentally ᯓ★ when he's small, his headspace ranges from about 2 to 6 but usually falls between 4-5 ᯓ★ his main reasons for regressing are all the problems caused by all the bullying when he was growing up and finding out he was quirkless, crushing his dreams at such a young age. And the constant fighting in wars with villans and such, when in UA. Sometimes he just regresses to get the weight of the world off his shoulders for a couple hours. ᯓ★ found about his regression in the first year of being in UA from mumblings of coping mechanism during therapy. but he didn't really understand or think about it until kaminari was being pretty open about being a regressor himself one eday, so, Izuku being Izuku went down a rabbithole of researching and found it to be a great coping mechanism for himself! ᯓ★ when he's regressed, he prefers to be called "Izu" or "Zuzu" by his close friends who aren't his cg but still know he regresses! ᯓ★ speaking of cg's, he has a couple. Because I like katsudeku, I think that Katsuki is his main cg!! His other main ones are Todoroki and possibly Aizawa ᯓ★ when little, he calls Katuski either "Kacchan" or if he's really small sometimes he'll slip out a "dada". He likes to call Todoroki either "Todo", "Roro" or "Roki". As for Aizawa, usually just a little "Zawa" ᯓ★ Besides his main cg's, most of class 1A likes to care for Izu when he's small and absolutely love it since he's just such a little sweetheart! but kirishima, ochaco, momo, sero and Iida spend the most time with small izu ᯓ★ his love for All Might only grows when small! He just loves to watch All might documentaries, movies, little youtube clips. Dont even get me started on the amount of all might little space gear he would have hehe! paci's, decorated bottles and sippies, onesies, plushies, teethers, absolutely everything! ᯓ★ he's an absolute angel for the most part! especially when around the ages of 3-6 loves to cuddle, always smiley and giggly, just a joy to be around!! howeverrr, when he slips tinier than around 3, he can be a little sleepy, leading him to be fussy ᯓ★ loves to play hero games with his friends and cg's, "saving" them, usually pretending to be all might. ᯓ★ because i headcannon izuku to be autistic, i think he stims a lot more when hes regressed!! he loves to rock side to side and back and forth the most! ᯓ★ he also tends to babble nonsense, just complete babababa and all his cg's can do is just sit there and nod while he has a full conversation with them in baby ᯓ★ his favourite pet/nicknames (and the ones only katuski and shoto are allowed to call him) are baby, sweetie, honey/hun, sweet boy, bunny, bubba, cutie, dear, dearest, little love and munchkin! but everyone else can use little one, buddy, kiddo, things like that hehe thats it for now!! i will definitely be making more little izu posts bc hes just so cute!! i will also be posting little izu stories on my ao3 if anyone is interested :33 bye bye lovelies, hope you have a wonderful day or night!! 💗

The bell rang and the girls were ushered into separate lines. After grabbing her lunch bag from the cubby area, Azula followed the line to the cafeteria. It was huge! And very noisy. There were rows and rows of tables full of kids eating lunch and talking. Further back was a long table filled with trays of food adults were handling out. Beside it was a glass box stuffed with cookies, crackers, and other sweets.

Azula craned her neck over the crowd and looked for her friends and brother. They had to be here somewhere! Azula trilled a couple of times then listened closely for a response. A couple of classmates beside her giggled.

“What was that?”

“What?”

“That weird noise you made.”

“It wasn’t a noise. It’s a homing call, obviously.” Azula said matter-of-factly and flicked her bane.

“Is she stupid?” a boy whispered, causing the others to laugh.

Azula bristled. “Hey-“

“Inside voices, children.” The teacher scolded.

Azula flared her nostrils and focused hard to keep her flames under control. Finally, they made it to their seats. Thankfully, the rude group of boys were seated elsewhere. Azula took a deep breath then mentally rehearsed the introductions she practice.  

“Hi! I’m Azula! I’m from Arrowwood!”

The group of girls across from her gave Azula a weird look.

“Uh hi… I was kind of in the middle of talking to Jia.”

Azula’s cheeks heated up. “Oh. S-Sorry.”

“It’s no problem!” Jia said brightly. “This is Liena and Shu!”

Azula gave them a wide toothy smile, not noticing the girls’ slight recoil. “Hello. What’s your favorite color?”

Jia answered first. “I really like pur-“

“Mine’s blue! Cause my name means blue fire and Daddy calls me Blueberry!”

“Oh, cool…”

“Do you have any pets? We have three chickens and a cat named Druk we rescued from a storm. He hangs around the chicken coop and we hunt mice together sometimes. Zuzu really wants a duck too but Mama said-“

“Azula, maybe we should eat lunch now.” Liena interrupted.

“Uh, okay.”

Azula shakily opened her lunch bag as the others showed off their lunches. She didn’t know why her heart was beating so fast or why the girls looked at her like that. Did she say something wrong? She thought she mastered human speech by now.

 Azula really wished her friends and brother was here. She hated that stupid teacher for making Katara sit somewhere else. Her mood brighten when she saw what Daddy packed her.

“What did your mom pack for lunch, Azula?”

“Daddy packed rabbits! Two of them!”

They were roasted with the limbs and heads removed, but Daddy left in the bones just the way she liked it. Azula finished off the first one in no time then licked the bones while purring. She’ll save them for the bus ride home later. When Azula started on the second rabbit, she suddenly realized the cafeteria was quieter.

“What?” Azula licked her lips then held out the rabbit to Jia. “Did you want to share?”

The girls gasped and tears rolled down Jia’s cheeks. “Poor bunny! How could you?!”

Liena and Shu hugged Jia and shot Azula dirty glares. She jerked back, confused. It was cooked so there shouldn’t be a problem. Seconds later, Azula’s sensitive ears picked up whispered conversations around her.

“She ate the rabbit whole!”

“Even my dad doesn’t eat that much in one sitting. And he’s huge!”

“Did you hear her growling? Haha what a freak!”

Azula felt sick. She threw the rest of her lunch into the trash then ran to the bathroom. Azula didn’t even noticed that she past Katara’s table or heard her friend call her name. The second she closed the stall door, tears poured down.
