Remember Candy Chiu? This is the story about her - as a person. At the same time, it's also about Mabel reflecting on herself with several events. You'll see some interesting events and developments from the upcoming Chapter 2.

Sorry it's been so long! I had some personal stuff going on that made it hard to work on this. But things have been better in that regard so I thought I would write up another prompt for you guys! ----------

Dipper didn’t know how long it had been since he was brought here but if he’d had to make a guess it couldn’t be more than a day or two. He shifted in his seat a bit, feeling the metal cuffs dig into his wrists and the back of the chair press uncomfortably into his arms. 

“Stop fidgeting,” Carl scolded. 

He automatically turned his head towards the sound of his capture’s voice but the fabric over his eyes kept him from seeing the man. Dipper sighed.

“So… why am I sitting here?” He asked, deciding to take a bold leap and try and get some information. “Wouldn’t you rather be torturing me instead?”

“The boss wants to see you,” Carl said.

“The boss?” Dipper repeated, confused. So far he had only interacted with a handful of people and it seemed like there were way more a part of this than he originally thought.

“Yes.”

The man didn’t say anything more and neither did Dipper, at least, for right now anyways. But the sense of dread and anxiety that had been creeping on him since he first entered that warehouse had grown more. It was becoming more and more clear that he had stumbled onto something bigger. 

After several minutes Dipper broke the silence again “why am I blind folded?”

“You have not been granted the permission to see the boss’ face” Carl said “now, shut up.”

“But-” Dipper tried to protest but a sharp pain blossomed across his cheek and went quiet.

“That’s better” Carl said “now, you are going to stay that way. You are only to speak when spoken too.”

Dipper bit his lip and kept quiet. Time seemed to drag on and he had no idea if it had truly been hours or if the blindfold was messing with his sense of time. Finally, after a long time, he heard the door open and the sound of dress shoes walking across the concert floor. 

“Ah sir,” Carl said, “it’s good to see you.”

“Yes…” The man agreed, Dipper could feel eyes staring at him. “I look forward to speaking with our… Guest.” 

Dipper swallowed. 

The man chuckled, “so, Mr. Pines, let's… Chat.”  ----------

Sorry again about the wait, like I said before, I had some stuff going on that made working on this tough. But I'm back now! And I'm hoping in the next couple of weeks I will fulfill the other two prompts that have been in my inbox for the past couple of months.

Thoughts on Gravity Falls ships?

I’m not that much into shipping but Ford x sleep and Stan x happiness are always my go-to answers

Tips for writing triplets? Especially if two are identical and one is not

Things to consider: Do they all have the same gender? If they all do there could be more conflict in two of them being identical in looks and maybe being closer because of it, while the third one looks different from them and maybe gets forgotten as being part of the triplets.

Looking the same could be an advantage in some way and a disadvantage in others. The one who doesn't look the same could feel left out, like I said above, but they could also have the advantage of not having to "share" their appearance. Because they already share their birthday, they share their parents in probably the same way (which sometimes is different with siblings in different age groups), they could go to the same school, have the same friend group, do the same sport, etc. So it would be great to have something of their own.

I would also think about how much they actually share in life together. Do they really go to the same school and are in the same class and go to the same activities? Because some parents try to split up their twins/triplets, so they can develop individually.

To the triplet ask: I knew triplets in high school!

They were fraternal triplets (meaning they didn't look alike), however they had some similarities if you knew what to look for: nose, eye shape, mouth shape, etc.

The two oldest shared similar interests and were "good kids" whereas the youngest really wanted to be their own person and smoked and went to raves and made those beaded bracelets that were really popular to give out in 2008 during raves.

But the two eldest didn't look alike: the oldest was gorgeous with perfect blond hair, slender hands and nicely cut fingernails that she joked she could be a hand model. The middle child was shorter, with mousy brown hair and came off as frumpy looking with a really infectious laugh.

They also had unfortunate names. Their last name was Graham, and their first names had to deal with matching up with that: Holly, Mille and Candy.

The things they had in common though was they loved their parents and they were all into acting. Hope that helps with anything!!

Do you watch Star Wars

I have watched star wars. I think I have seen all nine of the original movies, though it has been a long long time since I watched any of the prequel movies, and as I recall Jar Jar was a favorite as a kid.

I have seen a few of the other movie and TV shows. My favorite by far has been Andor. Its soundtrack has found its way onto my phone. By far some of the best Star Wars content and arguably one of my favorite shows of 2022. The way they focused on characters was great. And as a fan of the spy genre I think it is honestly one of the best examples of how to write those stories.

Already answered about Wendip here so I'll just share my thoughts on Huntlow.

I think Huntlow is absolutely wonderful! Now I was a bit indifferent to it at the start. Sure there interactions in Any Sports In a Storm was cute but I wasn't fully on board. Yet as I got to see more of their interactions and dynamic with each other, the more I grew to love the pairing (all the wonderful fanart also helped as well). Though I think the episode that really sold me on Huntlow was Thanks to Them. All of their interactions in the episode was wonderful! Its a major shame that we couldn't have gotten more episodes with these two but for what we got, the crew did a fantastic job selling me on these two as a pairing.

Send me a ship and I'll give you my (brutally) honest opinion on it

Platonic Soulmate AU. I want the love, the affection, the cuddling and the touching, the soulmarks that indicate this person is the most important person in the world to them, but with no romantic ties whatsoever. Such AUs are a bit harder to find ha ha.

🔗 - What has been your favorite dynamic to write for? (romantic or platonic)

Platonic all the way. I love the found family trope, I love the family fluff and deep friendship bonds. They’ve always been more meaningful to me.

🎀 - What’s a character you like writing for and why?

Oh I have so many characters I love ha ha.

Again, big fan of goofy/rebellious kid and stern parent dynamic, so I love writing for Anne and Hop Pop from Amphibia.

I like writing about the teens from How to Train Your Dragon (Hiccup, Astrid and co.) They each have their own distinct personality and it’s really fun playing with their dynamics with one another.

Also adore Ben and Azmuth from Ben 10. Grumpy old man mentor and stubborn, impulsive student? Just my type lol.
