Summary:

Dean is doing some cleaning around the bunker with some loud music playing. He can’t help but to start dancing in the library, knowing everybody is out somewhere else. He is shy at first and then he goes wild. Only noticing someone has been watching him this whole time once the song is over. What will be his reaction?

not watching anymore for many reasons (the show just isn't my thing tbh, even if I stuck with it for a while for a few characters), but a.) it gave an indignant defense of tina turner and stevie nicks when someone hailed madonna as the Best Vocalist Evah and b.) it called led zeppelin (or at least one of its members) overrated; this alone means ted lasso has better musical opinions than at least half of tumblr. in this essay-

Imagine Maggie is wearing her new favorite hat (The yellow one with the flowers)

Gyro's already kind of grumpy so he gets angry when he sees her running around wearing yellow

So he starts bitching at her for some made-up reason

Maggie obviously gets sad, but Sadie Mae sees this happening and gets pissed off

At one point, Gyro throws his arms up in frustration, but Sadie Mae thinks he's about the strike her.

So she runs up and kicks him hard in the leg.

This only pissed him off, but Sadie Mae was quick to be in Maggie's defense. Sadie Mae honestly wouldn't put it past him to physically abuse Maggie. He's already is emotional neglectful

It seems like their gonna start fighting.

Where do we go from here?

Sadie-Mae can see that Maggie is very, very close to outright crying. Maggie tends to fidget with her hair and her dress and bites her lip a lot when she's upset. Furthermore, Sadie-Mae can see that Maggie's eyes are glazing up with tears. Something has to be done about that buffoon!

To make things worse, Gyro is irrationally and abnormally angry at her. He raises his voice and charges at Maggie like a bull, snatching her hat off which looks very, very close to slapping her across the face. Sadie-Mae is quite frightened herself, but she's more frightened for Maggie. So she goes up, and like a sacrificial lamb, she kicks Gyro quiet hard in the leg and draws his attention away from Maggie. "Leave her alone!" Sadie-Mae yells and inserted herself between him and Maggie.

She got Gyro pretty good because he caught off guard long enough for the girls to run away. The kids knew trouble was brewing when they caught sight of the nasty angry look on Gyro's face, making them feeling as if they stayed a bit longer they would both be spanked so hard that they wouldn't be able to sit down for days.

So the girls race outside and stay in the yard, always on alert for Gyro, but he never chased them. He's probably arguing with Johnny, who must have caught wind of the situation. Johnny couldn't understand why Gyro bristled at the mere sight of Maggie, and much less how Gyro was so adamant about refusing to buy anything yellow for Maggie. Johnny wanted to understand and protect his daughters, but Gyro never opened up. Instead, Gyro harped on and on and on about how Sadie-Mae had the audacity to kick him and run off like a little brat.

Sadie-Mae knew another "talk" was coming soon, but like the others, nothing would come of it. Gyro would yell and lecture her, and Johnny would lecture here until he gave up. It would be business as usual afterwards.

Outside, Maggie cried a little bit, spooked by the anger in Gyro's voice and face. Sadie-Mae, who swiped her hat off of the floor, gave it back to her and put it on her head. That seemed to cheer Maggie up a bit!

Even so, Sadie-Mae saw the fear all over Maggie's face when it was time to return home. Maggie even snatched her hat off and hid it behind her back and prayed and prayed and prayed that Gyro wouldn't see her try to slip back into her room.
