Doing Nothing is still a valid and honestly freeing activity to do. Capitalism likes us thinking that doing Nothing is not doing anything, but when the choice to do Nothing is an active decision, it can be really peaceful and healing.

Learning to do Nothing is hard because it is easy to get distracted by something and be removed from the activity of doing Nothing, but once doing Nothing becomes an activity you can choose to engage in, doing Something slowly begins to also feel like doing Nothing.

The peacefulness that comes in doing Nothing and doing Something begin to blur as the skills of doing Nothing begin to translate into the foundation of your actions of Something

And its really honestly rewarding and a huge breath of fresh air as someone who once could not so much as lay down in bed for more than 5 minutes straight unless the intent was to sleep.

I mean honestly I find DNIs obnoxious in general. Because ok sure set boundaries for yourself online but here’s the thing:

1) if you’re saying something dumb like “don’t interact if your racist” no shit????? That’s not a DNI point that’s common sense

2) DNI If your (really specific thing that looks like a keysmash to anyone outside of your circle) if you go DNI if your asdfghjkl I’m not googling that shit

3) sometimes I’ll see DNI for things that just well and truly make me go idk man maybe go touch some grass or simply not go into a tag looking for that. Cause some of these things you really Have To go Looking For

4) DNI lists that function as call out posts make you look like your 12. Block and move on

4) if someone IS something that’s listed on your DNI, and that thing happens to be someone from a group known to harass people, you’re just putting a big sign up on your back that says “hi! I feed the trolls! Come argue with me on the internet until I have a mental breakdown over something that I should just block people for when I see if it upsets me!

5) and even if it’s “DNI if you are over/under 18” if you are 18+ and posting nsfw AGE RESTRICT your content and if you suspect someone of being a minor block them. If you are under 18 stay the fuck out of adult spaces, don’t list any of your identifying things online like your name and especially not your mental health issues that adults could take advantage of, and block people that don’t respect your space

I don’t like yandere but I also don’t go into yandere fandom spaces or follow people that do yandere art so guess what I don’t see any of. Wow.

If anyone has any points they’d disagree with I would be fine with a civil discussion about it though. But listen if I open a card or a toy house page to look at 1 thing and you have paragraphs on a DNI at best I’m leaving your page and at worst I’m ignoring it anyway.

The Death Note manga is actually such a fun read even if you’ve seen the anime. So many more fun details they didn’t include in the anime.

I find it outstanding just how much of our system spends time just sitting and thinking with minimal stimulation.

We used to be unable sit sit down for 5 minutes with a not-super engaging video, our fiance and a comfortable bed just in like 2021.

These days, Riku and I actively seek out an opportunity to just sit under a tree and exist, think, but not ruminate. XIV's hobbies sre 80% things that he can just think to himself about.

If we have the time, we detatch from distrsctions and just engage with ourselves, our thoughts and the world.

It didn't start as a choice of spirituality or anything to do with Riku being Zen so much as Zen began to make sense as Riku authentically learned the peace of nothing

Personally, there is nothing better than sitting and being able to just be and be yourself and watching thr world be and be itself around you.

Whether you see Obi confessing to liking both Zen and Shirayuki as a love triangle or a potential polycule, I think it's so fucking special and important that it happened.

If it does remain a love triangle, it's the healthiest love triangle I have ever seen in media and is certainly the only properly accurate love triangle I've seen. I say this truly and genuinely.

Obi has never shown any jealousy toward Zen and Shirayuki's relationship, nor any interest in getting in between them. He has, instead, dedicated his life to making sure that they are both happy and safe. What truly makes him happy, is seeing them happy.

While he has shown to be contemplating and waiting for the right time to confess to Shirayuki, he has been meticulously careful regarding when he will do so, so that it will not get in the way of or distract her and Zen from their goals.

And if it does become a canonical polycule, well, it's important because it'd be one of the few true canonical polycule ships in media, at least I've seen. It's also important to remember, in regards to this, that Zen confessed back.

Perhaps most do not interpret Zen's, "I've been a fan of yours for a while" statement as romantic, which, so be it, you are free to believe whatever you wish, but in the middle of a romantic confession from Obi, I personally cannot interpret it any other way.

Shirayuki has continually reiterated how important Obi is to her, and how he inspires her just as much as Zen does. How his arrival in Lilias made it clear to her just how much she wants to move forward with her goals of being the best herbalist and "ally" to Clarines and Zen possible, and to earn Izana's respect, by aiming to work as Wirant castle. How him just being there motivated her to truly choose and cement that as her goal.

So, if it is revealed, at some point if and/or when Obi finally confesses to her, that she also returns those feelings, than I know that it won't be a surprise, "out of the blue", or "forced", as I know some people will certainly try to claim it is.

And, of course, Obi's canonical bisexuality alone makes him, his relationships to Shirayuki and Zen, and the confession, extremely special. Bisexual men do not get a lot of rep in media, and if Zen truly does love Obi back, as I wholeheartedly believe, then that would make two bisexual men in one series.

I also think Shirayuki is bisexual, with several instances of her shown to be in awe of, and blushing, at pretty women, including Kiki in the bath scene. So, that makes THREE bisexual characters, in one series, all potentially in a love triangle OR future polycule.

In any case, I adore zenyuki, and while I don't ship specifically obiyuki by itself, I do ship obizenyuki, and whether or not their relationship stays as a love triangle or progresses into a polycule, I'm happy.
