We got news on the Arcane art book today. And it looks like it is showing off Season 2 jinx sporting a brand new pistol. Or rather a modified version of her Season 1 pistol.

With the new tip it looks like it’s going to be more in line with her electric pistol in the game.

So I’m guessing this means that we will see a new variation on hextech next season. Maybe a lower powered shard or something. Or the ability to produce them in new ways. Maybe they get used up, so what Jinx has in her pistol is one that has been depleted like a battery.
Heres the gemstone Jayce gets given in his flashback.

I don’t think the color or shape is that far off from what we see getting used in Zapper. At least when the gem has been used up.

Happy April Fools' Day everyone! Y'know it was just in February that I released One Girl's Trash -- so you should play it if you haven't already!! You'll get to meet the fun characters shown here who nothing is different with whatsoever!! Have a great & safe day today!☀️

A WIP for my Jinx Cosplay!
I've finished the base of it and the zapper (which I'm so happy with seen as I haven't made props in about 10 years!)
Need to trial out some arcane-style make up with my limited makeup supply, and hopefully get some proper photos done and trial it at cons!!

Review: Duck Hunt (NES, Combination Cartridge, 1988)
Rating: 7/10
Certainly a surprise for me, I was surprised by my fiance with a Nintendo Entertainment Center, since the local retro games shop was selling one with a single controller and the Zapper and the combined Super Mario Brothers and Duck Hunt cartridge. For a game of this vintage, the gameplay is surprisingly fun, though it does get a little repetitive at times.
Spoilers? There aren't any spoilers here! It's a game where you shoot at ducks, there's no story, nothing!
Strengths:
The gameplay features the famous Zapper, a light gun that uses very impressive technology for 1985 to shoot the ducks. To be honest, I only ever had experience with light guns in the few arcades I've been to, and none of them ever seemed very accurate. The NES Zapper is very different though. It's actually amazing how accurate the gun is when it comes to resolution, but this may partially be due to the fact that I was playing it on a 34 inch CRT that could crush me and make a clean, Loony Toons style hole through my floor and into the Earth's mantle if it fell.
The hidden two-player mode is also quite fun, allowing a second player to control one of the ducks on screen.
Weaknesses:
The game is just that: a static screen with a few bleeps and bloops, a few recolors of ducks, and the dog that catches them after shooting them. There isn't a whole lot to the game, and it's not something I could sit for hours a play. But, it succeeds at what it set out to do!
Playing Duck Hunt makes me want to get ahold of the other fifteen official light gun games, like Hogan's Alley, but the limitations of the system can become apparent after only fifteen minutes of play.
