Pi & Duean & Wan: "Is the show more-than-a-bit insidious? Absolutely, no doubt about it. But something about a trio of gay siblings is just SO compelling, especially during the scene where Wan brings his boyfriend home to meet his family and they go debrief in their room about it and baby gays Pi and Duean think Wan is the coolest person ever for doing that, and Wan’s little speech about him realizing how short life is seeing people die in the ICU every day and how he wants to share his love with the people he loves during the time he has. Also, protective Duean and all the hilarity that comes from that was very heartwarming and funny."

Chien Teng & Yu He: "They’re so iconic I love them so much. Chien Teng supporting Yu He and cheering her up as she struggles with her feeling for Le Chien and jealousy/resentment towards Amber (while also still caring so much for Amber and hating herself for her own resentment). Just all of their scenes together meant so much to me like I love them your honor"

Yin Yu is one of the best characters for just being normal. In a book where people plan centuries-long insane revenges, the villain gives him the opportunity to utterly destroy the guy he hates and take all his power, and he goes "Why the fuck would I want to do that??? Sure I hate him and he's annoying but that's a me problem! I'm not going to kill him about it or destroy him in any way?! I ruined my own life, not him." Legends only.
