I would love to do those washi tape border and remove the tape for a clean rectangle but the last time I did that it ripped up the paper. Is my washi tape stupid?

I wish I could like... Have a search engine that contained everything in my house and it's location so I could be like "oil pastels" and see if I do have a set of them and where they are... Cause I'm p sure I own a set... I just have no idea where they are or if they are...

Like maybe I am misremembering it? I know I have four sets of chalk pastels... I use them for portraiture sometimes. And I HAVE four sets cause I always go "maybe I dont have any?? Maybe that was a dream..." And I buy more lol

Man I see so many people trying to police who and what can be in a tag??? And it's like babes... If it's related, and you don't like it. Ignore it. You can just block the word or tags you don't like. It's not like someone's posting fish in the horse tag. They are posting ponies in the horse tag.

Be chill, there aren't rules about what can and can't go in a tag so long as it's not breaking rules against spam or unflagged content.

Okay guys I did as much as I could with what little time I had with my tablet before I had to send it away to be repaired. I didn't finish it, and I had the grievous error of not double-checking the canvas size before I jumped in... resulting in it being too small. BUT despite that, I am still very happy with and proud of the result.

Okay so Tumblr hates my silly little WIP animation, so ill put it hidden on youtube. I wanted to share the work in progress with you guys, as a special lil treat for my Tumblr followers.

It took a lot of effort to do this much of it in like the short period of time ive worked on it, but i hope you guys like it so far!

Hey so there's a lot of new followers here and I feel like I should introduce myself a bit

My name is Kirsten, I am from Canada. I mostly just speak English, but I have taken a number of classes in a number of languages and possess no fluency in those languages anymore. I have two pet cats that I post about, their names are Kessel and Chaya.

I am trained in classical oil painting and graphic design. I was an idiot and went to art school twice over. Lol.

These days, I use clip studio paint primarily for almost all my art needs, and I use an XP pen tablet. Super rarely I will post traditional art, and typically that'll be in watercolour or ink because I like how easy it is to clean that shit up.

I am in a number of fandoms, and flit about them as my whims take me. I cannot choose where the hyperfixation juice decides to pool, but I will draw inspiration from those moments to create artwork to share with you guys. And I hope you like it!

If you ever wanna reach out and chat or ask questions, I am always down receive asks, messages, or notes from people!

I love finding out that people I follow everywhere else are also on tumblr but like... Quietly lol like it's not in their link trees and their carrds.

Tumblr is my social media home and I'm glad to be here, you guys are some of the funniest, and uplifting people I interact with regularly.

Oh no... My tablet return slip was given to me... I can either a) return it immediately and have it replaced with one that isn't broken within 7 days... Or b) hold onto it for the weekend so I can do some art and return it after the weekend is done so I can do art on my days off....

... I guess I could try and get my old tablet working...

All the homies hate blankets made from man-made synthetic fibers.

My cats even hate it and avoid the bed. But I can't blame them it is staticy and they were getting shocks from it.

Yesterday i was so frustrated by the third horrible sleep I've had all month that I washed all my cotton bedding by hand and hung it to dry during my breaks. I slept on nice comfy cotton sheets and both my cats did too.

I am sad I didn't do more animating tonight but I'm super tired and wanna rest.

Also I designed a very sexy Poseidon that I cannot wait to share. I wanna put some final details on him. He has features of all the very nice Poseidon's I've seen over time including some much older depictions.

It was necessary for me to design one cause I have a very funny comic/animation idea that I think will be very funny.
