So Far Gone

Maybe It was me who was damaged, broken behind repair. Maybe it was I who should suffer the weight of a thousand voices. Maybe it was I who deserved to wield that pain. Blood is all I could see, the cuts dowsed in the crimson licked so thick, it had been comparable to molasses. 

Im sorry. Im sorry. Im sorry. I kept muttering as I place my other hand under my wrist and trailed to the bathroom. 

I was pleading with myself? Or was it someone else? A higer power? My mind was waves of knowledge and un-spoken words all jumbled in a mass of water, crashing against the rocks of a deserted beach. 

“Enid? Are you in there?” A knock sounded at the door, I found myself shuttering at the thought of him seeing me like this, So vulnerable. So Far gone.

“Enid?” Ajax knocked on the door once more, I kept my teeth clenched hopeful I had locked the door. The room was silent save for my shaky breaths and that’s when the door clicked open. 

I was in the bathroom, scrubbing at the cuts now lining my wrist. Desprete to make them disappear. Desprete to hide. The bathroom door was locked, that I was sure off. The rough fabric against the torn skin was adjacent to sandpaper running across a chalkboard. 

“Enid? Open the door”. His voice was calm but worry was woven throughout. “Enid?” My silent sobs were enough for him to bang on the door, My hand coming up to my mouth to silence my crys. 

“Enid.”. I couldn’t hide any longer, dread made its way onto my face and slowly, the bathroom door opened. 

“Enid-?” Ajax stopped in his tracks, his eyes falling to my wrist and then the bloodied washcloth. 

“No, You didn’t- Did you?” His eyes were full of sadness, and even disappointment. His beanie covering his snake-like hair seemed to sag with him. 

“No. No. No.”. His hand fell in front of me, wrapping two fingers around my lower wrist, desperate to avoid the cuts that now marked my flesh. I shivered when I felt his lips meet my flesh, the kisses were not passionate but filled with much-needed comfort. Comfort I seemed to lack. 

“Never again, I’ll make sure of it”.

Theres a darkness inside...A sickness you have to face and fight when it comes to wanting to take your own life. With so much darkness and evil in the world it's easy to believe that you won't be able to make it alone...Every day you wake up is a chance to change and fight for the life you know you can have. No matter your age this is a battle many of us faced. Believe me I know how hard it can be to change your mindset into something positive. I know how being afraid of your own hands can cause an overwhelming fear, I know the demons who want you to end it so you can find "that peace". The darkness inside I understand is scary...But before you decide to make a permanent decision think about the light in your life. *Your light...are the people who are there for you, who love you, who watch and care for you. Speak to someone before it's too late and you no longer give yourself the chance to change into the amazing person you were born to be* Talk with family, friends, write a note, see a therapist, do self-care and take it seriously. The dark is DARK, but the light...is BRIGHT. Stay safe, love yourself and remember you are loved. -EB

⭐a/n: I may or may not make pt3, but I tried to make this where the whole group finds out tehe ;)

"I hope this doesn't end bad" she sighed as JD left the pod

Star continued her daily routine, but the images and comments from last night were stuck in her head "I thought she got rid of that" "white is so not popular" "she looks like a freak" "I wonder what happened to her hair"

she sat all day thinking to herself 'I can't let them find out.....' those same words kept repeating over and over, the more she thought of it the more her worry had increased.

~time skip~

it was now afternoon and Star was finally starting to calm down until... a knock was heard on the door "wonder who that could be" she got up to open the door to see all the bros, standing there, looking worried and concerned "oh!.... hey guys... what brings you here today?" after a few moments of silence, Clay finally spoke up "hey Star.... we just wanna talk and ask you some things, is it ok if we come in?" ".... um.... yeah, it's ok" her tail slightly swayed from nervousness as she let them in

Once they all sat in the pod, there was an uncomfortable silence until Bruce spoke up "so.... JD told us about the concert and we wanna know...... What happened....?"

Star felt a lump in her throat and her tail wrap around her leg when Bruce asked, she tried sounding calm as she answered

"W-Well....the doctors say I was born with it..."

all the brothers looked at each other then back at Star not convinced "bullshit, Star just tell us the trut-" "John!, we can't be so hard on her, you know how she get sometimes" Floyd interrupted, reminding John at how anxious Star could get in a situations like this

"Star, we just wanna know....what happened, you don't have to lie to us" Floyd spoke, putting his hand on Stars shoulder, trying to comfort her

"yeah, you don't have to lie cause, we'll be right here" Branch said also trying to comfort Star

"Thats it!" JD snapped "look Starlight, we just wanna know what happened and who might've done this, just give me a name and I'll-"

"JOHN YOU CAN'T BE SO HARD ON HER WE'VE TOLD YOU THIS" Bruce yelled having enough of JDs demanding

"IM JUST TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO HER HAIR"

"I THINK YOU MEAN WE WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENED JOHN, WE'VE TOLD YOU THAT SHE GETS ANXIOUS" Clay shouted also having enough of JDs demanding

as the three kept arguing back and forth, Star tried her best to be calm, it was just too loud, her breathing got rapid and she got fidgety but no one noticed cause John, Bruce and Clay were arguing while Branch and Floyd were trying to break it up until

"IT WAS VELVET AND VENEER, THEY'RE THE REASON WHY MY HAIRS WHITE!" she blurted out, just wanting them to stop arguing

the brothers immediately went quiet until they all said "what?"

Oh no, I gotta clean my room 😳..

So lets go through steps to clean or not clean lol,

today is one of those days and I wanted to share what helps me and maybe it can you too !

These are my steps >>

1. Take a minute to enjoy my comfy cocoon blanket, scroll on social media and listen to music 😎.

2. Take my head out of my cocoon and see if I’m ready to clean LOL, if not then i go back into my bubble 🙈.

3. Try again until I feel okay to come out of my bed 👀💕!

4. stand in the middle of my room and think how far i want to clean and remind myself it’s okay to do some and do the rest later or the next day.

5. Take my time and not rush myself for perfect results or if I being frantic to allow which ever style i choose to let me do my thing ( Adhd vs Autism) !!

6. Call a friend to keep my company or to come over and help me clean, body doubling is sooo fun 🙌🏾✨!!!

7. If I cant call someone or I’m able to do it by myself that day put I on music, a concert from my favourite artist, a tv show, or a documentary.

8. Allow myself to take breaks or snack while I’m cleaning ☺️!

9. I never stay in one spot while cleaning, I allow myself to feel free and come back to any part I started when I’m ready until it’s complete 👌🏾.

9. Check in with myself - “Do you want to finish or your good for today and will I go to sleep happier 🤔 ?” Is what I ask myself out loud all the time because I’m comfortable with saying my thoughts to me 

10. Enjoy my starbucks when I make my decision when I feel done or content with the results 😆!!

since I can't wait and/or sleep, I already have info AND art so, sit back, relax and listen to me yap about this au!!! >:3

before you read ill remind you that: THIS WAS BEFORE TBT SO PLZ DON'T GET CONFUSED 😭

before getting captured (if you had read my info post on Star)

her solo career was actually spreading throughout the village and becoming successful until

one night she was walking and exploring way outside of Pop Village (since she basically lived there her whole life, she got curious and wanted to explore) everything was going smooth but then she got captured by V&V >:(

(im sorry I didn't know that the fade was that bad)

after being held captive for almost 3 months, her hair eventually started getting white but her body never went transparent like Floyd did

very suspicious indeed 🤨 (I also headcannon that before V&V captured Floyd, they had put Star in a glass perfume bottle instead of diamond)

Star had somewhat came up with a plan that after V&V had used her after their last concert and after the duo left, that night she would make the bottle fall, making it break, using her hair to go up the HVAC system (does this plan make sense at all? 😭)

that morning, Velvet was pissed at the fact Star escaped, thats when the duo decided to use diamond next time, since it's impossible to break.

even though she injured her shoulder during the fall, she maneged to escape Mount Ragous (is that how it's spelled???) and make it back to Pop Village (dw her shoulder ended up healing on her way back to the village (it took her A VERY LONG time to get back since she traveled on foot)

when she finally got back, the whole village was worried about Star but most importantly worried about her hair so she just simply replied 'I just did some exploring and plus, I think it's a good look'

(obviously lying, but the village bought it without suspicion)

a year later, Star tried dying her hair back to the original color but, it didn't work over and over Star thought she was doing something worng until.....

at the doctors office, they explained that whatever happened to her (Star didn't tell the doctors what exactly happened) it had caused Stars hair to now be white PERMANENTLY, meaning she can't dye it, and that she'll either have to deal with it or wear a wig

Star thought 'no big deal, bet it won't mess with my popularity or fame since I'm a solo singer lol, it's just hair'

but damn, was she wrong

turns out when you have white hair, people consider you a 'freak' or find the hair 'unnatural' and a 'unnecessary change' 😕

so Stars manager (aka her cousin, Anthony) had recommend her wearing a wig that looked exactly like her original hair so that way, she would keep her popularity
