I had to take out my Property I outline for y'all so I can properly explain a sublease for those of you who are unaware.

In a technical common law sense. . .

A sublease is created when a tenant conveys only part of their lease interest to another leaving a reversion to the first tenant.

If 911 had any legal advisors, which I am 99.9% sure they DON'T, this would actually indicate that Eddie intends on coming back. This is because when somebody subleases (or subletts, idk), they are allowing another renter to lease the property from them, but not for the complete remaining period of the first tenant's own lease. Leasing the entire amount of time on one's lease is called an assignment btw.

In the real world, in most American jurisdictions subleases are uncommon, particularly among sophisticated landlords. This is because under the modern rule, landlords can withhold consent to forming an assignment or a sublease if they have a commercially reasonable objection. A commercially reasonable objection can be a number of things, including:

Concerns about the subletter's financial security (hence Buck's comment on his credit score);

Concerns about differences in the intended use of the property by the subletter (and ensuing damage given the difference in use, i.e. Buck's fake new pooch); and

I have a couple of questions regarding your newest WH Au “The Tox” Au

1. I’m confused on how Howdy is bleeding?

Like I know there’s an implanted like ability I understand that part.

2. I am wondering how did they get those specific abilities, like was their something that led them to get it?

What I mean by that is sometimes like from movies when someone is good at a job or something there ability will then evolve around what there good at. (aka he could’ve worked with something that has to do with blood for all I know). Or was it just random?

3. You mentioned it’s a parasite, how can they contract it? :0

4. Can someone get the parasite willingly?

Like for an example if there’s some one with malicious intent they could try and get a powerful ability?

5. What made you and your friends come up with this AU idea? We’re you intrigued by some movies or comics?

Anyways sorry for the questions, I was just intrigued by your AU idea I think it’s cool.
