Tell us more about Maid Irving please 👀 Your drawings of him are sooo good and if there is an AU behind it, i want to know more !!
sent by @strogoff-era (who doesn't know how to send messages from sideblogs lol)
@strogoff-era LISTEN. OKAY SO. THANK YOU FOR ASKING. I'm not the best writer. And this is pure self indulgence that's all the disclaimer I'm adding before diving into this AU. Basically, Irving is a young man who is looking for work and he happens to meet Mr. Jopson at a shop, who tells him all about the house he works at and how they're looking to hire someone actually. (Jopson is crozier's valet in this au. he's like the Top Bitch, the head servant)
Irving assumes he's going to be a footman or something but when he shows up for the job, jopson's says he's being hired on as a maid and Irving is like, "wait that can't be right. Can I talk to the boss?"
Crozier is super nice, all "come in sit down, I hear from Mr. Jopson that you'll be staying with us." I like the idea that Jopson does the hiring since he's the one who will have to work with and train the people on the job. Anyway, Irving is trying to figure out how to ask his questions when the door opens, and there's a blonde man with a pleasant smile and a tray of tea. Oh and he's wearing an ankle length maid dress.
Irving is stunned. Sitting there, back straight, hands in his lap. He accepts his cup of tea awkwardly. Crozier is talking again "if the pay is agreeable then you can start today." Will he...have to wear a dress? He wants to ask, the words are crowding his mouth. But it's just one of those situations. One of those classic situations, almost cliche really, where he needs the money, he needs the lodging. And deep in his heart, the thought of wearing the dress disgusts, intrigues, excites him in a confusing mixture of reactions. So he agrees to the terms. For the money, not because he wants to wear a dress or anything of course not.
And just, ahhh my brain is thinking of a thousand moments from this non-existent fic. Like, the first time he puts on the dress, and hes having trouble with the small ties and buttons because his hands are shaking. It's mortifying, thrilling, humiliating in a burning kind of way.
Or how he only wears men's clothes when he goes to church on Sunday. And how after a couple months, it actually feels strange to put on trousers. It unsettles him, until he can get back to the house and put the dress on.
OH AND AND, Irving hasnt had to share his room, but then they hire a new games keeper (ex-marine, tozer) and they have to share. But no one tells him so he's just in his room after a day of working, taking off his apron and folding it when the door opens. And he's instantly embarrassed, like "p-pardon me, sir! This is my room".
And this strange man is like "yeah, I was told I would be rooming with someone called Irving. That you?" And oh what he must think of him, standing there in a dress. He'll get the complete wrong idea of the type of man Irving is. And I'm going crazy bonkers thinking about this au. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Some selkies AU art while im in class
More infos about the drawings under the cut (follow the numbers !) :
1) Just Graham in his dog form ! I kinda want him to be more husky-like but i had no ref
2) I read somewhere that Crozier used to be a Mate on Gore's father's ship. Idk if that’s true for the historical people, but now i hc that Crozier and Graham met at that time ! So young Crozier and tiny puppy Graham
3) JCR with his pelt. What a fancy guy
4) Some selkie Goreconte 💛 i have a bunch of ideas for them in the au but until i share them all, im just making out of context fluff
5) Lieutenant Little in all his fluffy glory
6) Lt Gore and Mr Goodsir. Goodsir probably dont recognize Graham since he can't wear his glasses in seal form and is probably seeing a bunch of blurry fluff
7) In which context could Goodsir and Hickey hug like that ? Idk but i wanted to draw something cute
#earl’s sketches and drawings#did you know how hard it is to design animals who looks like characters who looks like real actors ???#its very hard………#graham gore#francis crozier#james clark ross#henry le vesconte#edward little#harry goodsir#selkie on terror au

Relationship: Thomas Jopson/Edward Little
Word count: 6,966 (nice)
Rating: E
Summary: Edward likes Van Diemen’s Land — likes the weather and the wildlife and the break from the society of London. He likes the Franklins as well, even if they can be a bit overbearing, and Lady Jane can treat him a bit more like a child than the man of one and thirty years that he is.
He would have found a way to be happy here, he thinks, were it not for the arrival of the Ross expedition.
It is not the expedition specifically, he supposes. He misses the Navy, though he’s still not entirely sure whether it’s the Navy itself he misses or the structure and camaraderie that came with it, but this new yearning he feels has nothing to do with the Navy and everything to do with Captain Crozier’s steward, a young, dark haired man with the most enchanting pale eyes Edward has ever seen.
A canon era AU with a little exhibitionism and a lot of sub top Ned/power bottom Tom

Taking a break from ArtFight, sooo back to the Madoka AU, and next up is Goodsir :D
(Details under the cut)
As a magical girl: makes his deal with Kyubey after the funeral of David Young. He's emotional, so the phrasing is faulty: "I don't want anyone else to die like he did." Which results in, well, the variety of deaths we see in canon. He eventually realizes the impact he's had, which of course contributes to his despair levels.
As a witch: turns into one during his preparations to poison the mutineers - without noticing. The formation of his Barrier has a creeping lack of abruptness; it envelops the mutineer camp almost tenderly, like a milky fog. Hickey is the first to realize what's happening and summon his own magic.
On the inside, the Barrier is shaped like a conch shell, with empty medicine bottles stuck uselessly in the walls. At the heart of the spiral floats Haagen, the punishing witch, its curly hair spilling like tears from under the pristine executioner mask. Its arms are melded into something between a hug and a saw. It's weighed down by guilt, so it cannot move all the way around the Barrier, instead sending its monkey-like minions to sniff out witches among the visitors.
This one will only attack directly if you come close, but the noxious fumes of its Barrier, like smoke from wet wood, wear intruders down quickly enough. Though Des Voeux and a couple others succumb, Hickey manages to take the witch down and uses its Grief Seed. He also offers it to Crozier later, but Crozier feeds it to Kyubey instead.
A witch is bound to doom as many people as it saved while still being a magical girl. Goodsir doesn't kill many because he didn't manage to save many.
#the soul gem passage#puella magi madoka magica#the terror#harry goodsir#i know this design looks like a cheap horror monster but to be fair with goodsir's black-and-white thinking that's exactly what he'd become#his own idea of the enemy#(which he cannot see because his eyes are overgrown)#(he's one of those witches who just don't accept they're witches now)#unsanitary#clusters#creepy tw#digital art#krita#artists on tumblr#body horror#i guess#and yeah he'd attack by raising his arm(s) in front of him and spinning round like a fucking ballerina#to give his attention to everyone around him. like a good doctor#(fuckkkk this post looks so funny next to my latest artfight attack. the whiplash)

& when I write a Russian revolution au that features Tom hartnell as a fervent Bolshevik and crozier as a haggard political theorist/successful farmer.....well what then. What happens when tartnell gets too excited and dies like Christ across hours of quiet fear and determination and crozier sits at the kitchen table and pens letters to Sir John and Fitzjames to beg for gravediggers and money for funerals and gravestones and there are meditations on war and youth and love and patriotism and poverty and living and the horrible sway of powerful men over young people who need a reason to fight
#tom hartnell#francis crozier#the terror miscellany#fic inspo? bolshevik tartnell maybe?#returning to the old tag...

okay, i am playing with my toys. you are all coming into the circle with me we are going to play with dolls together in my favourite way. by which i mean "time for the small opera company au". this is likely to be a borderline-offensive level of "bring your blorbo to work" in that parts of it may be thoroughly incomprehensible without outside knowledge. no less i hope that my passion for playing with my toys in strange ways is in some way charming enough to keep your attention.
i struggle with what to do with sir john franklin in an au where he is still alive in that "musical director" and "stage director" are both very much taken. but i guess he's like. emeritus producer/guy bankrolling the whole opportunity and who crozier talks to only through gritted teeth. alternatively franklin is the noda reviewer that crozier has a decades-long one-sided beef with. but also maybe that's sir james clark ross or sir john ross, if we need a Critical Offstage Presence.
crozier (as we have established) is the resident conductor/music director. he's good at it. in fact he is very good at it and knows exactly how to get both chorus and principals performing at their absolute best. he is very, very supportive of young performers... but only until the moment that they Fuck Up one time too many. simultaneously he is the sort of MD who most people do not want to work with more than once and who basically cannot do amateur productions any more because of... the person that he is.
jopson is basically his secretary but he also does a bit of everything arts admin-wise.the only thing that jopson can't really do is read music; he knows "that's middle c" and can extrapolate from there but he isn't A Musician as much as an Admin Guy. however he is occasionally called upon to be a body double for somebody who's off ill or for a principal who wasn't called for a rehearsal because all they would have been required to do was Lie Upon The Ground because their character was dead. no less he has, like, surprisingly arts snobby opinions on the best operas.
the stage director is fitzjames. this is really just a vibes-based thing because he is All Vibes. but he of course came from straight plays where there's no real need to be able to carry a line and therefore has little respect for Breath Control. occasionally he starts getting Regietheater Ideas, and on those occasions crozier threatens him with the baton. otherwise he's very popular with everybody. (apart from crozier.)
dundy has my Operatic Performance Backstory. which is that he had a mis-spent youth of gilbert and sullivan and one day heard somebody say the word "basingstoke" as though it was in and of itself a joke for the last fucking time, snapped, and started doing actual opera. i don't know if he's a tenor or a baritone but if he's a baritone he was pigeon-holed into patter roles and fucking hate[d/s] them. (this is just how i feel about gilbert and sullivan. as i said, dundy has my opera performance backstory.)
regardless of voice type he fucking loves doing real opera (especially if he's a baritone; if he is then he's counting down the days until he gets to do iago). but if he's a tenor he at times misses playing the dickheads that are afforded to tenors in the gilbert and sullivan canon. (he eventually sucks it up and campaigns for a production of yeomen, plays fairfax, and loves it.) if he's a tenor he eventually specialises into don josé-type roles because he finds them more fun than the sappy loving boys.
little is in charge of everything that involves not getting near a performance space. if he could then he would never actually go into a theatre and would work entirely from home. but crozier, unfortunately, does not allow him this luxury and does not believe in work from home. he has an "office" in the theatre that is basically just a ludicrously luxuriously-sized broom cupboard.
being (in his own estimation) extremely uncreative is not insulation enough for somebody who would much prefer to make a very complicated spreadsheet and who can do just about every excel formula from memory. he can read music and is secretly one of those "can look at music and just immediately sight-sing it perfectly" types. crozier knows this, so sometimes he is dragged unwillingly out.
irving is the other person whose office is in the glorified broom cupboard because he's actually the company's accounts guy. this is in keeping with the real john irving, who was, in fact, a Maths Guy. but of course he is also a musician, perhaps surprisingly: as i've already said he is one of the two types of Church Music Lifer. (he is the sort who knows everything and takes it all extremely seriously -- in other words he is a dec tenor.)
irving also brings hodgson, who is the other type of Church Music Lifer, along. they're both tenors in the same choir but on opposite sides of the church and on the rare occasions that little gets drafted in (which he likes, surprisingly), he sings bass on the same side as irving. little is the Purported Third Type Of Church Music Lifer, who doesn't believe any of it and is just saying the words (when he does say the words) recreationally and understands none of it.
this whole bit has really been an opinion for one specific person other than Me. i will therefore continue it by saying that hodge is, as he was in The Real World, the son of a priest (and therefore couldn't escape it). he... i cannot explain this better than he has the Church Organist Personality. and while he does occasionally play he is muuuuch more useful as a singer than as an instrumentalist.
in the opera company he's the rehearsal pianist (and he is extremely good at it, which surprises a lot of people). otherwise, he understands all of the church music stuff, but mostly so that he can make very niche jokes about it. this is the sort of thing that cracks him up. that being said, he does also Get irving in a way that very few other people are able to because of this. (also the lieutenants, who all live together for... what are by now probably obvious reasons, are definitely all Animal People. irving has a dog and hodge has a cat. little has something odd like a lizard.)
finally, hickey is usually in the chorus. however there was one (1) occasion where somebody didn't turn up for a concert because they were ill and crozier gave him a single solo line. this went to his head immediately and he has yet to stop thinking about it.

Frollos Nomation to París was a casting error (rewrite of an erlier newspaper artical fic of my Modern Day AU for @twolionss )

Tagged by @jartnell (tagged my main account but I'll be tagging more Crewtuals than not so posting it on this one)
Rules: Answer and tag people you want to get to know better and catch up with.
Favourite colour: Blue in general, but especially any darker blues
Last song: "Accumula town" Pokémon Black/White OST
Currently reading: "Moby Dick" by Herman Melville (again), "Endurance" by Alfred Lansing, "Practical Magic" by Jason Miller, "A Modern Goetic Grimoire" by Rufus Opus, "Ahab's Wife" by Sena Jeter Naslund, the Dungeon Meshi manga, and a lot more, but all that Primarily.
Currently watching: The Terror (rewatching. Always.)
Currently craving: The very small coxinhas I had at a festival I went to recently. They were amazing but I didn't have sauce and they'd have been better with that.
Coffee or tea: Tea only and always. Specifically floral herbal but I'm open to trying any.
Hobby to try: I found out someone in my building may offer piano lessons and I've wanted to try doing that.
Current au: For the Terror, I've been rotating the Beechy Boys Ghosts in my mind ceaselessly. So much to think about on a strong as fuck ice mummy Monday. One I will say is that I've been contemplating whether, though he'd have been doing a lot as Terror's lead stoker, Jorrington may have gotten along with Evans and/or Young (and consequently. Since I love to beset Young with Visions whenever I write about him surviving. He could somehow contact or be contacted by that ice mummy. Maybe somehow.) Also various Moby Dick aus. But technically the long 'minor work annoyances/rivals to friends to life partners' fic between Peleg and Bildad from the time they're like Nantucket teens (I will be rereading "In The Heart of The Sea" for this) in the 1790s to what we see in the book is/will be completely canon-compliant.
Tagging: @solittles @the-holy-ghosted @stoportotouch @croziers-compass @theturntechgod and @jirving but of course no pressure or anything. And anyone who would like to join feel free to

Jigs Chosai Profile (Outline form)
[A quick note from the mun. Making an OC is a new experience to me so a lot of this I'm just starting to figure out. The outline was suggested by a friend to help better define Jigs and give me some more solid footing if I decide to share written fiction of him. This may get updated from time to time as I think to new things to it that just didn't dawn on me before.]
Name: Jigs Chosai
Nickname: none
Race: Au Ra / Raen
Age: 37
Alignment: Neutral Good
Job: Paladin
Growing Up
Parents moved to Ishgard, didn’t fit in with the culture of the steppe, did not want isolation of the underwater communities. Mother liked the snow, and made some friends quickly in the Brume. Jigs very young for this, barely remembers any of it.
Jigs took to the Ishgardian knights that guarded around the city. A lot disliked him and chased him off, but a few developed a liking for him. Jigs would run around with a wooden sword and shield, occasionally chase down shoplifters on the Jeweled Crozier (became friends with Elaisse due to that).
Father fought in the dragon war, and unbeknownst to Jigs at the time, took much risker missions to help ensure his family had a place and would remain above suspicion in Ishgard. He died on one of those missions while Jigs was around 10.
Mother worked in manufacturing job in Ishgard to support war effort. She was a social butterfly, but like his father she received a lot of scrutiny but eventually became trusted among the staff, and very skilled in her craft. Died in a building collapse caused by a dragon attack while Jigs was in his late teens.
With both parents gone, Elaisse spoke to the knights he had befriended and together that got him passage to Ul’Dah and arranged a visit to the Gladiators guild which would provide him with the skills he’d need to be a knight.
Disposition
Personality: Most people would consider Jigs a bit of a stoic. He does tend to be very matter of fact with most things, but does try for the occasional joke. He doesn’t drink, smoke, or have any addictions. If party members ask him to go out drinking he politely declines, though he may follow them into the bar/tavern to eat. Generally Jigs is kind of boring.
Hobbies, Likes, Dislikes, Favorites:
Likes: Rain, Snow, trees, quiet days.
Dislikes: fighting/arguments between friends or loved ones, the beach, Limsa Lominsa, Eulmore.
Hobbies: Cooking, Reading (mostly fiction)
Favorites:
Weapon: Shield mostly, considers it his primary weapon. Will use a sword more for pokes/parries than larger moves. The shield he’ll happily crash into things with.
Food: Pancakes
Color: Blue
Time of Day: Very early morning, before sunrise
Thoughts on main cities:
Ishgard: Home. He sees its faults, but likes it nonetheless. He especially enjoys the nights there.
Ul’Dah: Was a bit of a culture shock when he first arrived, but he adjusted. Too warm for his liking, and the rampant corruption bothers him.
Gridania: The climate is nice, as are all the trees. The people are ok. He’s got no strong feelings one way or the other about the city. His FC and GC are both based there so he’s a frequent visitor.
Limsa Lominsa: Jigs least favorite city. He feels that allowing piracy against your foes isn’t any better ethically than against friends. The crowds on the lower decks bother him as well as the rampant partying. He avoids this city at all costs.
Kugane: He never felt comfortable here, could never put his finger on why though. Everything seemed ok on the surface but he had a hard time learning the customs.
Crystarium: Jigs loved this city, and saw it as a home away from home. He saw a lot of similarities with Ishgard both with the people and the situation within the city as the war footing he saw when he arrived made him feel like he was back home despite the other things going on.
Old Sharlayan: He see’s a lot of the government as stuffy and bureaucratic and feels he’s way too old to be running around with the college kids. He likes the library though.
The Azim Steppe: He see’s why his parents left. These people are nuts.
Doman: He was happy to get the city rebuilt. He still visits occasionally.
Eulmore: Jigs intensely dislikes this city, and while some friends have brought up that the slums versus the city is similar to the Brume/Foundation versus the Pillars, he kind of grunts and tries to avoid the argument. He sees Eulmore as far more garish and immoral and therefore the situation is different (it’s really not though).
Bestways Burrow: The theme can get a bit grating, but generally he likes the loporrits and was happy to help Dreamingway with their projects. He visits occasionally but typically doesn’t stay very long.
Radz-at-Han: It’s ok – no strong feelings either way. The food is too spicey for him, and he has a hard time finding his way around. On more than one occasion he has jumped from an overhang into another area. He figured healing himself after landing was easier than trying to find his way back.
Fighting: Jigs took to his training like water to a sponge. If it’s a battle he’s cautious but confident. Even if he’s dealing with something he’s never seen before, he trusts his skills enough to get him through.
Fighting Alone: Slow and cautious, he’s fine to take his time and wear something down while defending attacks and healing any damage; minimal focus on offense.
Fighting with Others: Good to play support roles but will step up and lead if no one else does. May occasionally prioritize protecting others over dealing damage and/or protecting himself. Generally, thinks things through but sometimes his math is wrong.
Education: Jigs knows how to read, write, and perform math. He’s intelligent, but not really an expert on anything outside of being a paladin. He’s good with processes (A -> B -> C), but stumbles with things that require being clever or creative like puzzles or riddles.
Social: Jigs is definitely introverted left to his own devices, and has a habit of overthinking things, or reading way too much into them.
Communication: Jigs is not a strong communicator. He tends to rely on being clear and honest (if not a bit blunt), to get through most social situations. He’s very polite, and doesn’t swear, and only rarely insults anyone often preferring just to stay silent.
Friendship: Jigs is slow to consider someone a friend and doesn’t mix that term up with someone being an acquaintance. Once he considers someone a friend he’d move the world for them.
Romance: Jigs has no experience with romance. The job came first, and he’s never bothered looking for a companion.

The Terror/Sweeney Todd crossover/AU Idea:
Crozier as Sweeney Todd - recently returned from a long sea voyage and tortured by the Horrors
Hickey as Mrs Lovett - unhinged girl-boss advocating for cannibalism and general malfeasance
Fitzjames as Pirelli - flashy rival to Crozier's Todd, a thankless role for him really but he's the only one with the panache to pull it off
Little as Anthony - bright-eyed young sailor enchanted by the delicate beauty of Todd's daughter
Jopson as Johanna Barker - again, a somewhat thankless role but one only he is pretty enough to pull off
Franklin as Judge Turpin - a powerful wrong 'un and Crozier/Todd's adversary who gets his comeuppance
Sophia as Lucy Barker - a thankless role again but a fitting one since Crozier/Todd and Franklin/Turpin fight over her
Hodgson as Toby - because he has all the riz and qualities of a Dickensian street urchin
(Hickey sings about Tozer in 'A Little Priest' -
Well, then, if you're British and loyal/ You might enjoy Royal Marine/ Anyway, it's clean/ Though of course, it tastes of wherever it's been
Not because he's eaten him but because he's just sucked him off round the back of the bins behind the pie shop)
#i saw Poor Things last week#which lead to me having the song 'Poor Thing' stuck in my head all week#which lead me here#i apologise for nothing#the terror#the terror amc

a few Q’s for you, re: trans goodsir au.
1. what did the timing look like on their rescue? and who was rescued? all or some or?
2. was anyone imprisoned re: mutiny?
3. what are they all up to now? did anyone try leaving england again?
1. This is still a bit blurry but the rescue happened around the time of Crozier's kidnapping by the Mutineers. Idk if the kidnapping ended up happening or not tho. As for the people who got rescued, this is still a wip but it's something like this
Is back and alive : Crozier, Fitzjames, Goodsir, Collins, Hickey, Little, Hodgson, Jopson
I dont have any idea for them in the story but i love them and want them alive : Blanky, Dundy, Gore, Irving, Tozer
100% dead, sorry dude : David Young, Fairholme, Sir John, Gibson,
All the other characters are still in limbo, but i'm a softie so they're probably going to be alive 😔
2. Hickey was supposed to be the only one imprisoned for the mutiny ! Crozier had time to think about it on the way back and his "I forgive them all" mentality won over. Too bad Hickey managed to escape right as they arrived in England and they did not manage to catch him... In this AU, Hickey has done a little less crimes than in canon ("only" killed two guys and a dog, did a mutiny and the cannibalism is more an accusation that no one can prove) so it probably helped him.
3. The AU is happening a few months after their rescue, so most of them are still recovering, especially those who got affected the most like Jopson. So most of them are still in England or at home.
Crozier and Fitzjames are living together, and waiting for Jopson to be better so he can move in with them.
Goodsir is living with Collins, and after a bunch of Plot Relater Stuff, Hickey eventually gets bullied into staying with them.
The only one who left England is Little ! He is trying to get promoted to Commander so he can retire and get a better half-pay. He is living with Hodgson (and Irving if he is alive), who are in the English or Scottish country somewhere.
Thank you very much for the ask :3 This au is very much a wip but i love talking about it !!

survival au where someone who knows them both sees crozier and fitzjames together and is like "he's a bit young for you isn't he?" only they're not talking to francis
how he acted around crozier and franklin needs no further comment but let's not forget fitzjames also said this. he literally wanted to fuck an old man so bad it made him look stupid.

🗣👋 for Nelson & Jack? Or really any of mine with yours XD fire away
Cara don't tell me to fire away, you know what happens!!!!!
-
Arthur & Bertie-
Kingston tour!!! Shenanigans! Boys having fun!!!!
Little!Bertie and Arthur, finished with whatever serious things they were supposed to be doing, and SOMEONE (Arthur) wants to show the young King all the best secret passageways in the palace! (Not sure which palace, you pick!)
A bittersweet but ultimately happy reunion with Bertie and Arthur in Marianne's cellar--with Albert having been afraid Arthur was lost, and Arthur having been afraid Albert was captured or dead. The boys deserve good moments to help them get through that awful AU. <3
Goodsir & Bertie-
SmolKing!Bertie & Goodsir as a royal physician! Firmly when Bertie is little because it would be super adorable, and,
Perhaps a thread when they're older and Harry and Albert have become lifelong friends? <3 Like sure Harry is 25 years older(ish) but I think it would be sweet!
Immortal!Goodsir and any Albert of your choosing!!!
Blanky & Francis-
Immortal lads! Reuniting! In any era, but I do love the thought of Thomas nearly punching Francis (and opting to go for a hug instead) but honestly whatever suits your fancy!!
The boys in their younger, wilder days!
Thomas getting a visit from Francis while he's recovering from the amputation, like, presumably right before he has the meeting where he announces he's going to quit drinking. Or around that time. (Spoiler alert: He's already forgiven you, brother. <3 )
Arthur & Francis-
Nation!Arthur coming clean to Francis about his identity. He's not just a lieutenant who seems close to Sir John (like Lt. Gore) and he's definitely not Sir John's son!! He's also not Admiral Kirkland's relative but, is actually just that guy. (Also he can confirm, Tuunbaq is bad, bad news, no there's nothing they can do, if Lady Silence can't help them, they're f u c k e d.)
Nation!Arthur also interacting with Francis earlier on! Arthur is a massive engineering nerd, please tell him about magnets.
(He will also try to advise Sir John to let go of animosity outside the expedition and reconcile with Crozier, and will end up in conflict with John himself. "When did your vanity become of greater importance than taking every precaution for the lives of your men?! Is this even about Crozier at all?" God can you imagine??? But obviously in private and between decades-long friends.)
