If you couldn't tell, I'm binging the show Taxi. This show has a special place in my heart because I was a cab driver for over 15 years. The most incredible stuff happens in a taxi. I should write a book, but no one would believe the stories because they are so funny and so weird. I should, probably, have a pHD in psychology from that job. If I could've charged extra for the therapy that occurred in my cab, I could've retired a long, long time ago. I lived the show Taxi Cab Confessions. It was a wild ride. Taxi cabs are like Vegas. What happens in your taxi, stays in your taxi. It was the best job that I ever had. I love driving a taxi 🚕 🚖 💛🖤💛 I miss it

I haven't heard of The World Ends With You.

I don't play nearly as many video games as I used to: it's just Hades 2. Though a while back I played a lot of flash games like epic battle fantasy, epic war, kingdom rush, fancy pants adventures, and such. When I had access to my older brother's game library I also really loved Portal 2, tf2, age of empire, ittle dew, long live the queen, to the moon, undertale, deponia, etc.

I watched/read a lot, but from the top of my head, there is tbhk, dungeon meshi, durarara, kaguya-sama, promised neverland, madoka magica, frieren, naruto, mob psycho 100, bleach, one piece (stopped on ep 800), fullmetal 03 and brotherhood, senyuu, hunter x hunter, odd taxi, soul eater, assassination classroom, magi, sk8, berserk, first part of chainsaw man, etc.

It's so silly how majority of my ideas are jokes, just told seriously enough that people nod their heads in agreement. Like... I'm writing Ezra's origin for his character sheet and it sounds reasonable enough, but it's literally just Bhaal pulling a divine version of "It's one banana. What could it cost, ten dollars?" by underestimating how long it takes to grow an adult man from nothing.

it takes a little (a lot) of cajoling to at least show johnny a picture and when simon hands him his cracked phone, johnny whistles low and murmurs out a pretty lass.

and you do look pretty. you look pretty from the side as you're washing dishes, even with the gaudy yellow gloves covering up to your elbows. you're so pretty from the back as you're bent over, carefully basting the chicken you're baking. you even look pretty fuzzy, the camera blurring your features while zoomed in.

there's even a video of you but johnny doesn't overstep. he knows better. he waits for simon's go ahead, and once he gives the almost imperceptible nod, johnny quickly presses play.

the room is dim, the television casting a soft glow upon your face. your legs are folded beneath you, your gaze fixed on whatever it is you're watching, your hand reaching for the bowl of popcorn on the nightstand.

"ken wha' she's watchin'?"

"i dunno, but she's been into nature documentaries as of late."

johnny hums softly and the video comes to an end.

simon doesn't say anything.

(and neither does johnny. not about the grilles of the window in every picture nor the quiet chirping of crickets and even quieter crunching of leaves in the video.)

the absolute unbearable cruelty that the writers foisted upon Cressida

a woman taught from the beginning in her home, by her own mother, that she cannot trust any other women, who finally, FINALLY felt she had a friend- who didn't care for her much at all. a woman who grew up in a house that is more akin to a mausoleum, a woman dressed up as a doll and made to masquerade and sing and dance for the attention of a half decent man, never to be considered seriously. a woman who is foisted onto a man old enough to be her grandfather, who wants 4 children from her, and intends to keep her locked up in his estate with at most 1 social outing a month, who didn't believe in listening to music, or art.

a woman who goes to the only person she ever considered a friend, saying 'I need to save myself. Run with me. Write with me. Help me.' only for that friend to turn her back on her, and talked ill of her for the rest of her time in her society. a woman who tried to claw her way out of a horrible circumstance, only to be told she's too stupid to do so. a woman who's mother wrote the article that insulted her friend's family, an article she still regretted. a woman who tried to save herself and was then sent off to an aunt even less warm than the circumstances she'd grown up in.

what was Cressida meant to do? she had no one to turn to, and when she tried, she was turned away. she had no options left to her, she exhausted all of them. yes, blackmailing Penelope was harsh, but I would have done almost anything to save myself from sexual assault at the hands of a husband old enough to be my father twice over who was clearly intending on mistreating me, especially if I was dropped by the only person I ever considered a friend.

Cressida's story is so fucking tragic. My heart cracked clean in half for her

Can the number trio carry each other well? I picture Leona and Vil can to Jamil but not sure Leona and Vil to each other and also Jamil carrying Leona and Vil.

Leona : Can probably carry both Vil and Jamil easily. That lion may be lazy but he's definitely not weak.

Vil: Can probably carry Jamil comfortably for a few minutes. Leona might be more difficult to carry though.

I feel like, because of his size compared to the other two, people kinda forget Jamil is canonically :

-a bodyguard versed in martial arts

-a breakdancer

Take it from someone who has ten years of dancing under their black belt and who is shorter than Jamil : I can carry people nearly twice my weight. Could already do it when I was Jamil's age. So long as you place yourself properly and lift with your legs, you can do impressive lifting!

It might not be the pretty kind that Leona is doing, but Jamil is a practical guy, and carrying is carrying.

Also being lean doesn't mean being weak!
