But god if it isn’t hilarious.

It took a good few months for Honey to stop beating themself up over it, and now they are able to look back on it and laugh. They even have a GIF of the moment as an alert for gifted subs.

Guy likes interrupting Honey’s streams unprompted. He loves seeing the smile on their face. The gentle one that they wear while doing what they love. It makes him want to smother them in kisses.

Sometimes when he does this, he forgets about the mask and glasses. There have been plenty of times where he’s nearly accidentally exposed his face to the world, and it gives his honey a mini heart attack each time.

Honey made the executive decision to rearrange their setup so that the door was no longer in view. That way, Guy could spontaneously enter as much as he pleased.

Honey was still streaming when Guy returned home from work. They had told him in advance that this stream would be dragging on a bit longer than normal.

Honey looked up as they heard the door click open. Guy entered, waving a paper bag around.

“Honeeeey,” he sang, “I’ve brought you somethiiiiing.”

Honey eyed the bag skeptically as Guy drew closer, “should I be worried?”

“No,” Guy laughed, stopping right outside of the camera’s view. “I brought you donuts!”

“Ooh, really? What’s your motive?”

“Wha-? Motive!? Why do you think I would have a motive?”

Honey raised an eyebrow at their boyfriend and smirked.

Immensely offended, Guy scoffed, “what, am I not allowed to bring the most important person in my life a treat? Purely out of my own volition and the kindness of my heart?”

“I was joking before, but now I’m actually suspicious...”

“Just take the donuts, Honey,” Guy softly spoke with a warm smile, holding out the bag and leaning forward.

When Honey’s hand brushed against his own, Guy leaned closer, his other hand cupping the back of their neck. He held the bag up to hide his face from viewers as he placed a gentle kiss on his partners cheek.

Honey, growing ever more flustered, let out a nervous chuckle as they pushed Guy away and accepted the gifts.

Chat knows that Guy is important to Honey. No other roommate of theirs has ever become such a big part of their life, everyone knows that they have to be something more.

They stopped bugging Honey about it after a year. It's just kind of common knowledge that these two have a lot of chemistry, but asking straight up about their relationship won't work.

Not that having an answer would change anything, Chat loves seeing how happy Honey is with Guy.

Honey found Guy's character, limp on the ground, and picked him up.

"Alright, you big baby, I'll take you to the bed."

"What are you gonna do with me once we get there?"

"When we get there, you are gonna build that goddamn engine!"

Upon arrival to the raft, Honey discovered something...

"Where the fuck is the bed??"

Guy coughed out a laugh, "oh, uhm- I might've taken it with me when I left."

"Why would you do that!?!?"

"Because you were mad at me!!!"

"I swear to god-" Honey dropped Guy's carcass on the raft and went to collect materials to make another bed.

"Honeeeeey," Guy whined, "this wooden floor is hard."

Honey sighed, "I'm making you a bed, hold on."

"Come lay underneath meeee."

"I thought you were making the bed," Honey retorted.

Guy scoffed, "Honey!!!!"

"I gotta stab the shark, hold on."

Finally, finally, Honey returned and placed Guy's character on the bed. He sprang up immediately.

Guy's cheerful voice started up, "yayyy, thank you Hone-" and was cut off with a yelp.

The shark had glitched through the bottom of the raft and attack Guy. It scared him half to death, but Honey?

Honey was laughing hysterically.

And it was music to Guy's ears.

Gasping for breath, they kept trying to say something, but continuously fell into a fit of giggles.

Guy was barely able to form his own words without laughing, trying to feign offense at his honey's joy in seeing him hurt. But hearing them laugh so heartily? He couldn't help but melt.

And he didn't want to just hear it, he wanted to see it.

"I'm coming to get you, Honey!" He announced, just before darting towards their room.

"No, no no!" They tried to object, but it was too late as Guy came bursting in.

They were in his arms and on the floor in an instant, tears streaming down their face as they tried to breathe.

Their face hurt from smiling, and they tried to calm down, but as soon as their breathing slowed Guy started to tickle them.

"Guy-! No!! Stop it!" They squealed and squirmed, but to no avail. Their previous laughing fit left them exhausted.

🧠: pick a character, and I'll tell you my favorite headcanon about them.

I'm not sure which character to pick, (choosing a jodie headcanon felt like a cop-out… no pun intended) so I lurked on your blog for a sec and found "Scary Marlowe was in your "posts alot about" section. so we're going with her. I think my biggest most, undebatable headcanon for Scarry is that I see her as a fat girl. I know that isn't super deep, or exciting but it's the most concrete hc I have about her.

To make up for that I will add that, at the end of s1 I tried to make playlists for the S1kids-S2parents. and ended up gravitating to poetry for Terry Jr's playlist. because of beth and because sometimes being a teen with a step-parent means listening to button poetry on youtube and feeling profound and forlorn.

So now I sorta have this HC that TJ had a big poetry phase at about Scary's age and he's just itching to share some of his favorite poems with her, but also he's aware that sharing outdated angsty poems with his teenage daughter would be quite possibly the most un-cool thing he could ever do. but he did once leave a poetry book out without telling her it was his. and Scarry has poured over that book several times 😅: what story or scene you've created that you're a smidge embarrassed exists?

ok… so, I really sort of don't feel embarrassed about any of my fics. I know each one of them was a thing I loved working on, and was proud to share. and even the things I was writing as a teen, when I was worse at writing, remind me how much I've worked on my writing skillzzz.

that being said,,,, in 2014, I wrote my second fan-fic ever. (against my better judgment) I will link it here. please be warned the word count makes it hard to load on some devices, and the payoff is not worth that frustration. 🤗: what advice would you give to new fanfic writers that are just getting started?

I genuinely would like to tell all new fan-fic writers "don't take yourself seriously" the culture around modern fan-fiction has made it so this creative writing is one of the few artistic outlets that cant be commercialized. and I fucking love that actually. I love having a thing I can pour my heart into that doesn't need to be sellable. it took me a while to realize this about myself and there was a time when I spent a lot of energy and angst trying to write for clout or influence. do not do this. I know it's cliche but please "write for yourself". write crack fics, and shitposts, and rare pairs, and the same "identifying marks" soulmate au 50 times. abandon things that aren't working anymore, stop writing altogether for months at a time. this hobby is work, just like any other time-consuming creative endeavor. it's volunteer work, with no monetary gain, but that doesn't make it rewardless. but tyeing those rewards to other people's reactions rather than your own enjoyment is a good way to have the joy sucked out of this hobby. yes, i love the comments and kudos and attention i get from sharing my work, and interactions like that have factored into me being motivated to write more. but one of my other driving forces for writing is just reading over my old work, and then wanting to pin down the endings.

I got this request a long time ago and I’ve been thinking about it since I first saw it because it’s so good?? This is pure gold and should 10/10 be canon i- thank you so much for this. Also, it’s taking place in America because I made it a road trip without really thinking

     “Why did I agree to this..” Iwaizumi mumbles, his eyes still focused on the road. He’s barely heard over the sound of Oikawa’s shit playlist blaring through the speakers, and he sighs slowly.

    “Because,” Oikawa starts, turning down the volume slightly, “We have to see the aliens, Iwa.”

    “How do you even know that there are aliens?”

    “How do you know that there aren’t aliens?”

    “If I wasn’t driving right now, I’d smack you so hard..” Iwaizumi mumbles, tightening his grip on the steering wheel.

    Oikawa had somehow convinced Iwaizumi to tag along on the trip, but it seems now that the boy regretted it deeply. You all took Oikawa’s mom van, the setter driving for the first hour or so, but he continued to turn around to watch the area 51 tiktoks you had found. After yelling at him to watch the road a few times, Iwaizumi eventually just switched with him at the next stop.

    The setter was now titled the “aux king”, where he only played old tiktok songs or Yung Gravy. You sat in the middle between Matsukawa and Hanamaki- the three of you being the meme collectors. The whole ride, you all simply exchanged mass amounts of Area 51 memes.

    Now, Hanamaki had headphones in while playing some random game, and Matsukawa was dead asleep with his head on your shoulder. You continue to scroll through videos, trying to find more good ones to show Oikawa.

    “WAIT- no, (y/n)-” Oikawa bursts out, his hand smacking your leg excitedly, “I have the perfect song- oh my god.” You lean forward, trying to see what he was about to play while Iwaizumi tells him to be quiet. 

    The familiar tune of “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” comes through the speakers, and the sound of you and Oikawa screaming causes your boyfriend to jolt awake. He stares at the two of you through tired eyes before joining in, Hanamaki pulls out his earbuds to join you, and Iwaizumi rolls his eyes (while mumbling the lyrics, but he won't admit that).

    The car ride continues smoothly. Oikawa had switched again with Iwaizumi, and the ace had forced him to promise to not look at any phones. He was now napping in the passenger seat along with Hanamaki in the spot next to you.

    “Babe-” you manage through laughing, “this one, look at this one,”

    He takes the phone from your shaking hands and looks at the picture on the screen before laughing slightly and handing it back. His hand rests on your leg, the other one holding his phone. You lean your head against his shoulder while scrolling through tiktok, trying to find some more original ones.

    Eventually, everyone in the car falls asleep except for Oikawa. The ride continues in almost silence (Iwaizumi’s snoring filled the whole car) until you all finally reached your destination.

    “Guys, guess where we are..” Oikawa says, trying to wake everyone up. You pull your head up quickly, knocking Matsukawa’s off of yours in the process.

    “Let’s see them aliens?” You ask excitedly

    He nods at you excitedly, “Let’s see them aliens.”

    “Let’s see them aliens,” Matsukawa wakes up, grabbing your hand before repeating Oikawa. The whole car, save for Iwaizumi, begins chanting the phrase and jumping in their seats, causing the car to shake.

    “Get on your shirts, boys,” you mention, pulling the homemade shirt over your head. They all nod, doing the same, before getting out of the car. All of them have a picture of naruto with the phrase “they can’t catch all of us” written underneath.

    You all end up only doing the legal tour, but the amount of other people there for the meme was overwhelming.

    You got a lot of compliments on the shirts, at least.

Imagine with me for a second: Why does Spencer willingly stay with a family who locks him in their basement with only minor complaining? He’s a near all-powerful entity just released into the world for Spence’s-sake - If he wanted to, there’s no telling what havoc he could wreak! So why doesn’t he? Why would someone so powerful, so terrifying, so dangerous that a group of people decided to seal him away forever stay with the first family he finds in sub-par conditions for years - especially someone who’s seen to be as high-maintenance as Spencer? Let me hit you with a theory: He’s chasing the feelings of validation, safety, and love - no matter how rarely it’s shown - that a family can provide. Being socially isolated for even a few years can do a number to a person’s psyche (I should know, I’m projecting onto this character right now), let alone thousands.

Now maybe Ghost can’t match thousands of years in isolation, but damn if he doesn’t have a few years of crippling loneliness on his record too.

We always get so hype with each other, even over each other’s fandoms that we aren’t even in!!! Something about the energy in her pulls out the energy in me and we just get GOING lmao. She is so very talented and amazing and a fascinating person all around! I’m so glad we got to hang a bit at KatsuCon in 2017 but I hope we can do that again in the future! I miss her all the time!

Her writing is STUNNING and the projects she makes for this fandom are just outstanding!!! From gift exchanges (I SAID ONS REMIX BEFORE IM SORRY i was wrong XD) to 365 Days of Mika and Yuu, she has put in so much for us constantly! She has also granted us with the lovely fic Scented, and not to mention one of my favorite fics of ALL TIME, Eye of Horus- the Ancient Egypt take on Unwritten!!! And she named it that without knowing my first tattoo is literally the eye of horus! XD I was shook lmfao and I still am. Meeting Hanna was amazing and the day I spent with her and @ihavetobenkyou (who is also a-freaking-MAZING and a big bundle of goodness!!!!!!) is one I’ll never forget. She’s so chill and just gives off this ‘wise’ aura idk why but I just look up to Hanna so much. No matter what she writes I will always support her and you all should too!!!

- @coleglend is the most underappreciated person in this fandom I swear. Or, who was in this fandom- Cole is off doing other things besides OnS, but regardless, she is so very amazing and beyond talented. I can’t even express how beautiful her art is and the emotions each piece sparks in me. Even her new Marvel artworks are just breathtaking and I truly admire them!!! I don’t know anyone who can make such detailed, visually engaging art- everything she creates belongs in a museum I swear. I want to print them and frame them for my walls!!! I look at her art all the time!!! Now that I’ve established how gorgeous her art is, talk about Cole as a person! She’s so sweet and kind and I love seeing her little posts on Instagram and such, even though I can’t understand most of them, I like seeing that she’s with friends and having a good time.

- @linnpuzzle is one of the coolest most amazing people in this fandom!!! Her art is STUNNING and as she knows, I will drop everything to commission her and buy her merch because I just am addicted to her gorgeous art!!! Headcanons on humanformers rescue bots??? Pls????

When you say humanformers do you mean they are still are still at Griffon Rock as rescuers, just that they are human, or that they are human and not rescuers?

If you meant just what would they be working as/doing if they were human and not rescuers, at one point a million years ago I did a post about that (that to my frustration i cant find) it but all it pretty much said there was that Heatwave is a very hot history professor that does fighting/martial arts classes part time, Chase is a comedian, Boulder is a botanist, and Blades is some kind of radio host/celeb gossip reporter.  

Heatwave as a hot history professor is the MOST important. we’re talking “college girls in indiana jones’ classroom writing 'love you’ on their eyelids” level powerful. 

I’m gonna talk human but still rescuers here though and say what we’re all thinking:

At one point or another, all the partners trying dating.

Dani and Blades it lasts the shortest, about 4hrs post another of Dani’s breakups with Taylor, she’s melodramatic about the breakup and goes to Blades like, “oh Blades, you never hurt me like other boys, why arent I dating you instead?” and Blades is like “uhhhh” and just goes along with it, because its Blades lol. Then thankfully she quickly realizes that she is being and idiot because she’s lonely and is like “lol nevermind honey, thanks for trying though” and Blades is like “oh thank GOD” 

Boulder and Graham I kind of seeing play out like Graham and that engineer where Boulder is making an effort to flirt and Graham is super nervous and awkward about it. This might be bleed over from my other fandom right now (dbh) but imagining the patented Ray of Sunshine Boulder being thirsty is kind of hilarious…. anyway they date for a while and its nice enough but then they decide it isnt really working and break up in the most amiable way. Some people in the town never even realize when they went from friends to dating and back again.

Chase and Chief Burns Just Date and its Just Cute and thats that. I’d like to think they last. Chase in a human AU loses a little bit of that “doesn’t understand earth” charm but i think in turn it would put him on better and more even footing with Chief Burns for a relationship. :3

HEATWAVE AND KADE OF COURSE ITS THE SAME TSUNDERE BULLSHIT YOU KNOW AND LOVE but with even LESS of an excuse for them to not make a move because theyre not different species. Arguing about who drives the truck, arguing about where to eat, just non-stop BICKERING for ages until they slowly knew to trust and respect each other while engaging in fun tsundere tropes like accidently walking in on the other getting dressed and getting incredibly jealous of their new significant others. Humanformers kadewave is even more goddamn basic than normal kadewave but my shitpost kadewave tag isnt “bury me in a trash pit ten miles deep” for nothing y’all. Anyway after literal YEARS of this bullshit they get to a place where they make it work and they grow old together as assholes the end.

*I have had a notoriously bad record for backing the "wrong" horses in shipping my entirely life. In 32 years, the only pairings I've shipped (outside of The Bold and the Beautiful where everyone swaps partners like NASCAR racers swap tires in a pit stop) that actually became canon were Tommy and Kim from Power Rangers way back in 3rd grade and most recently Renji and Rukia from Bleach, and both have major asterisks to that.

But Sheith? It's probably we'll not get anything bigger than that "I Love You" but...good God. I was prepared to just throw up shitposts about shipping wars after season 6 because I didn't think I'd care about any of it, but as someone who has always been on the outs of canon, it's a whole new feeling entirely to be able to participate in the squeeing and having the build up to that be satifying. Not all like what happened with Bleach and that finale where yeah, I can headcanons RenRuki might've had a thing already, but God who cares, WTF happened to half the fucking cast?

**That's not a dig on Klance by any means, but damn, I wasn't ready for that dropoff in interaction from the first season and a half to the rest of the show. My YGO muturals know Kaiba/Jounouchi is my main jam and Klance very much puts me in mind of that, so I can kinda see the disappointment from that end (it's not an excuse for any of the BS, however).

Watching Voltron for the first time. God help me
