I don't know much about warrior cats but this is Nacho, her hobbies include chewing plastic, climbing on/in things, clawing my lap, and complaining loudly about everything ever. She is very needy and at times very annoying (especially when she wakes me up at 4am) but I love her like a daughter. Please bestow your wisdom upon this menacing warrior beast.

Inkspot is pretty popular amongst her clan, but has a bit of a reputation as a diva. She'll complain about things loud and proud, but she's able to get away with it by being one of the clan's best climbers.

So Clip Studio has a very funky model when it comes to PC vs mobile.

PC is a perpetual license, buy it once and keep it forever! The update pass is different but the perpetual license version will be yours to keep forever and will have all of the features included in the base version.

The mobile model is very weird in the sense that it's a subscription model. In order to even use it for more than an hour a day, you need to cough up money for the mobile license pass. It's really annoying.

I'm an android/windows user so I don't know if CSP is available on Apple devices, but I have heard that a very good alternative is Ibis Paint! Supposedly also owned by Celsys, who own CSP, but I could be wrong.
