i recently started working arms and i realized quickly I didn't know how many reps I could do

so i was like "i'll just do each one until failure!"

until i realize I have 4 exercises left for arms when i'm already at failure

haha this happens to me too! the trick is to be proud of yourself regardless of whether you have to cut your exercise short! The other day I wanted to do bicep curls until failure, but I got tired doing another exercise and decided to do some assisted pushups instead. its okay to adjust your work out as you go, especially as you're building strength and familiarity in the movement/form.

I had a dream that I signed up for a kids version of American idiot the musical on ice and I was really excited because I know all the lyrics to Jesus of Suburbia but I didn’t know it was supposed to be on ice cuz I don’t know how to skate and the teacher didn’t like me much so my friends and I snuck out and went out to lunch.
